About: I truly have a passion for dogs and their care. My family and I have always owned and cared for friends and co-workers dogs and other pets, and even some with challenges. Many years of experience caring for puppies to senior dogs and also worked in the pet industry, including as a consultant. I am certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and have studied pet nutrition as well as invested a lot of time and money in dog training. I look forward to working with you and meeting your dogs! Pet Care is my priority, and my schedule is open. I am hoping to grow this business from my home as I know that not all people want to board their dogs in large franchise style facilities and might prefer personalized attention, care and love. We have a long driveway, away from a low traffic road, a fenced in area with a doghouse and plenty of shade, a large gated outdoor deck, indoor bedding and crating when requested. Our dogs have always been indoor crate trained initially, though our current 2-year-old female yellow lab is well behaved and trusted in the house and not using the crate any longer. About: I have done both walking and house sitting for five years, and have worked with and am comfortable handling both large and small dogs. I grew up owning dogs, including a shitzu mix, a poodle mix, and a shelter girl of unknown exact breed but some sort of terrier mix (mom was a JRT). While all but one of the dogs I have owned were under 20 pounds, most of my history in pet sitting has been with has been with dogs in the 30-70 pound range, including labs, huskies, and a pit bull mix as my most frequent clients. I have experience with owning a fear reactive dog, but my comfort with taking care of them will be on a case by case basis. I also have experience with training young dogs for crating, potty training, and leash training I am currently exclusively self employed and have a flexible schedule with my income sources, so I am available most days and times of the week At this time I am only able to provide care in my clients home, I am unable to provide boarding due to limited space in my house I will work with owners to maintain your pets normal schedule, including feeding and walks. I am comfortable crating and using alternate feeders or feeding styles as needed Dogs will never be outside unattended, and will be kept on leash or in fenced in yards unless the owner specifically requests that I do otherwise. Cats will not be taken outside for any reason unless requested by owners. All animals will receive a significant amount of play and/or pet time during each visit, assuming the animal is comfortable with and enjoying it For drop ins, I will provide at least one update per visit including pictures. For continuous house sitting, as my standard I will provide at least three updates per day (morning, mid day, and afternoon/evening) with at least one photo per update. If you would like more or less updates, just let me know and I am fully willing to work with you to get you the amount of contact desired

About: I love dogs and cats! I do not currently own a dog or cat, but I volunteer with Our Companions in their Adopt a Shelter program spending time visiting and walking dogs in local shelters, and I have volunteered at their animal sanctuary in Ashford walking dogs. I am also in their Canine College program, taking and assisting in dog training classes. I enjoy using positive training techniques (treats and praise) to reinforce polite dog walking and attentive behaviors. I am comfortable walking dogs up to 70 lbs. About: All my life I’ve had a variety of different animals all including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, etc. You name it, I have owned it. In some time spans all at the same time. About: I've loved and cared for dogs for most of my life, and currently have a Chihuahua mix named Chico and a cat named Frankie. I'm a good-hearted and easygoing person excited to spend my free time with some lovable pooches! Chico is an 11-year-old rescue, who loves ice cream and burying himself in blankets.
