About: I’ve been around dogs all my life! I grew up in the country side of Ireland and had many sheep dogs through my childhood. My love for animals started at a young age and quickly learned how smart and special they truly are. Through out the years I’ve developed an intuitive approach to caring for each animals individual personality and needs. This is my full time job Monday through Friday. Rates are listed but please note ! (Anything over 8hrs is an additional $20/hr) for daycare. I have a fenced yard for your dog to play and would never have more than 5/6 dogs at a time.I also live in a very walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and I’m close to , parks, farms, and nature hikes. Sadly I no longer have a pup of my own as he recently passed away.

I have two young children who are taught to respect dogs’ space, so I only accept dogs that are comfortable around kids and have a calm temperament. While my yard is not fenced, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs are kept safely leashed. I do not have other pets, allowing me to give your dog focused, one-on-one attention. I follow routines closely, including medications, feeding schedules, and any special care instructions. I require a meet-and-greet to ensure a good fit for everyone’s safety and comfort.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been walking and taking care of them for many years. I now have my own pup, she is now almost 5 and I have four cats as well at different ages. I have fostered, bored and walked family and friends pets as well. Summer 2025*** I will be working summer school this summer but will be available Monday thru Thursday AFTER 1pm and Friday through Sunday ALL day/night unless otherwise marked unavailable :) I am a Teaching Assistant over at FDR BY DAY, and would love to help you with your pets by evening or weekend! If they are dog and cat friendly I can also take them home as needed or watch them at your home as well!
“Dawn is excellent! I highly recommend for anyone to trust your pet with her. My pup has separation anxiety and we have never left him with anyone or boarded him because of his anxiety. The first day we met Dawn our puppy didn’t want to come home! He felt comfortable with her and her Maestro. We left him with her for 1 day and he came home so tired he rested the rest of the night and entire next day, and for our guy that is unheard of, he’s very high energy! Then we left him with her for 3 nights and he had a blast! She sent updates with videos and pics which was very nice as we missed him so much for it being the first time we’ve left him. It is such a relief to have found an excellent dog sitter. It’s also nice for our guy to get the socialization with other dogs because he doesn’t get that as much as we would like at home. We will be booking with Dawn whenever we need a sitter.”

About: I've been petsitting for over 20 years and I am also proud fur mama to a 14 lb. Yorkie/Dachsund names Maximillian. Max LOVES other dogs and we would love to keep your dog company while you're out of town. I'm on vacation for the summer so we would love to host your furry friends for a visit for a day or overnight or visit them at your place. I'm available during the summer/school breaks and on weekends during the school year (I'm a teacher). I'll have lots of time for walks, belly rubs. I live close to the rail trail and the walkway. Dogs are welcome on the couch. There's lots of space here to roll around on the floor, play fetch, bask in the sun on the fenced-in patio. For boarding, dogs must be crate trained, since I don't want to risk any harm to my dog or yours while I'm out.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. My earliest memory is of my German shepherd at 3 years old running up to me and giving me lots of love and kisses. We can play as much as needed outside or just chill and relax inside with our friends. I am home most days so am generally available unless I get booked up to take care of your fur baby!
