About: I work with all kinds of pets; dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotic pets like birds and reptiles. This year is going to be my 5th year of volunteer work at the Trevor zoo, working with amazing animals. I work part time at the central bark doggy daycare. I have worked there since 2024 and have gained a lot or experience with dogs there. I am currently in school and working part time at a doggy daycare. She also sent daily, detailed updates along with pictures, which we really appreciated. Holly is 17, so I was a little concerned she'd be uneasy with someone new, but she looked completely comfortable with Danielle, which put me at ease. Danielle also spent extra time with her during visits, which I think helped keep her calm and settled while we were gone. We'd definitely use Danielle again if we need a sitter in the future — highly recommend her!

I’m so glad I found Shannon to take care of my babies. She went above and beyond, and they absolutely adore her. She was always communicative, sending me text updates, photos, and videos. Next trip is already in the works and there is no doubt I will be rebooking her.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
