I recently moved to Poughkeepsie from the city so now the adventure I provide is different than before. I believe in building trust between the owners a well as their pets. I like to take the dogs on adventures from a simple walk , the dog park and even car rides. I treat every animal under my care as part of the family and with my experience, the dogs are brought back. Using Rover and meeting new families allows my dogs to have companion for a few days as well. My family and I learn about different breeds as well. As a family, we do this together because the animals become part of our life. Every dog is a new experience to have fun with and enjoy. Sometimes it is hard to leave one's dog with someone they have not meet and I have always made it a point to provide a sense of security and trust.

I left Hussle with Mildred, and from the very beginning she made me feel comfortable. We did a meet and greet a few weeks beforehand, which helped ease my nerves as a dog mom. While he was with her, she kept me updated and sent plenty of pictures. It was clear he was having the best time. When he came home, he was completely exhausted from all the fun and excitement. Mildred took great care of my baby, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service she provided. I will definitely be using her again and again. Mildred along with her family was amazing with my dog. Very kind and patient. Mildred and her husband and made it easy for me leaving my dog being that this was his first time being boarded. The house along with location was amazing. Great fenced in back yard for your dog to run around and play freely. My dog did not want to leave once I picked him up. I highly recommend Mildred and her family to watch your furry pets. Getting updates on my dog condition was helpful and warming at the same time.
Mildred was very accommodating with Bogey. Both drop-off and pickup went fine and he appeared very happy.
Mildred and her family are wonderful people and take great care of the pups that stay with them. From the beginning they put my wife and I at ease when we had the meet and greet. They are knowledgeable on dogs and their behavior. During the stay, Mildred sent us daily updates which included pictures. She was great at responding whenever we reached out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great sitter.

I recently went back to work but my family loves dogs and we provide a second home where the dogs and owners are comfortable with us. This is not a me thing only. My family are part of the care of the dogs. The family takes care of our own dogs so why not share in the same responsibility for someone's else dog.

I like to take them to the dog park and small adventures my family does. I make sure the dogs feel right at home. If my dogs can do something, than all of them can.
