About: It's no secret that I love animals more than people (no offense). There is something so pure and uncomplicated about the bonds we form with our pets, and leaving them behind is never easy, no matter the reason. I am a full-time pet care provider, and intentionally spend as much of my time at home with your pet as I can, to minimize anxiety while their people are gone. I will occasionally need to leave for a couple of hours here and there to visit my regular dog walking clients during the day, or to attend band practices or other commitments in the evenings, but I do my best to prioritize quality time with the animals in my care. I like to maintain your pet's typical routine as closely as possible, as I find the familiarity and consistency keeps them feeling calm. Depending on their needs and energy levels, we'll have a balance of indoor play time, walks around the neighborhood, and cuddle time. Rest assured I will be loving on them as if they are my own pets! This is how I meet my own needs as an animal-obsessed touring musician whose travel schedule doesn't allow for personal pet ownership. :)

About: Hi There! I'm a local Real Estate Agent with a very flexible schedule and a passion for animals! I'm offering dog walking, pet sitting, and/or drop-ins on Rover because I love being around animals and quite frankly, I have the time. I absolutely LOVE dogs and cats and have always had one or the other or both. I treat them like their human children- with care, love, compassion, and most important, responsibly. Yes- I DO take your dog on walks and make sure they're safe. Yes- I DO take them potty/poo frequently. Yes- I do give them snuggles and play time. NO- I do not ignore them, pretend to show up, pretend to care and then leave them on their own for hours on end. This has happened to my poor pooch and it breaks my heart. I will take care of your fur baby the same I would my own! And that's a promise! I, myself, have a very high energy, leash aggressive dog and have been to 20+ hours of dog training for this type of pooch. So yes, I know my stuff. And no, my dog will obviously not be joining me on my stay at your home. He will stay home with the husband. Trust in me and your baby will have a positive experience (as will you). About: Beyond the care of my own pets, I also regularly house, dog, cat, and chicken-sit for family friends and neighbors. I've spent my whole life around animals and have nurtured and cared for a variety of pets, including guinea pigs, dogs, cats, and fish. I graduated in June of this year, so I have more day-time availability this summer, however I do work a part-time job. My shifts at my job are 4 to 10 hours, 3 to 4 days a week, and Fridays and Tuesdays tend to be my most available days. I am open to any rules or directions you have for your pet. About: I have raised my polydactyl cat Inigo and my goofy dog Jemma for all 9 years of their lives, and my parents’ dogs for even longer so I have experience with all ages! I am skilled at dosing out medications and making sure walks and meal times stay on a schedule so that your pet can rely on the comfort of your routine while you’re away. I am available for longer walks (1+miles) depending on the size and strength of the dog. Any overnight stay will require a meet-up at least 24 hours in advance. I do Rover full-time so I have the availability to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. I am an active person, so I can take them on long walks or we can chill out together inside and cuddle. I will meet your pets exactly where they’re at with a calm demeanor and inviting energy. If staying overnight, I will be respectful of your home and privacy.
