The ability for the dogs to go out back and run around is really nice. My biggest appreciation is that they allow the dogs to roam at night and have the option to sleep on the bed with them. We worried because she was very fearful of strangers and we wanted her to be comfortable. From the moment Bella met Daniel she was in love. Daniel sent us regular updates complete with pictures. When we picked Bella up, she was calm and happy. She had also learned a few new commands, which told us that Daniel had spent quality time with her. They truly treated my Doug as if he were their own and were attuned to his needs, creating a safe and welcoming place. They even worked on his exposure to cats with their cat, something above and beyond my expectations! Great to see that he not only got great care but growth in his confidence with new experiences.
