From the start, she was incredibly responsive and professional—always quick to reply to messages and happy to answer any questions. While we were away, Kristen sent daily updates and photos, which gave us such peace of mind. It was clear Luna was happy, comfortable, and well loved. Knowing our dog was in such capable hands made all the difference. We will absolutely ask Kristen to watch Luna again in the future. Highly recommend!”

Our Tofu spent his best two weeks at their place with lots of walks, treats, and even baths when needed. They asked many questions before hand to get to know Tofu and arranged a visit as well. It was such a relief for us during our international trip where we had no access to text messages and major social media. However, Linda still offered to contact us via WhatsApp in order to send daily updates.”
