I love that we did a meet & greet for our dog to get accustomed and have them meet him. They sent me updates throughout the trip which I loved and love that they did what they can to make sure our dog felt loved and cared for! :) def will use them again for the future!”

We usually have to give our dog anxiety meds when boarding but none were needed at Jacob’s which was amazing to hear.
