Genevieve was amazing! I’m VERY picky and insanely anxious entrusting someone other than myself to care for my pup, but Genevieve made it as painless as possible. She even indulged me in a quick meet + greet in advance 🥰 From drop-off to a slightly complicated pick-up due to a cancelled flight on my end, everything was seamless. I got lots of pics + updates, and Genevieve was super communicative + flexible. I never doubted for a minute my baby was safe and happy and well cared for! Thank you Genevieve!
Shirley was a fantastic host for our 5-day boarding reservation. She was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up, gave frequent updates with pictures and videos, and was very accommodating of all care instructions. Shirley asked a lot of good questions to make sure we were aligned with our expectations. It's clear she has a lot of experience with dogs, and her house and yard were perfect for our large, somewhat active dog. We will definitely be going back to Shirley with future dog sitting needs!
The best dog sitters ever! They took such good care of my two dogs while we were on vacation. Daily walks and so many pictures. I could just tell my dogs were happy and well cared for. Possibly ever MORE spoiled then at home. We will definitely be using Leah and Chris for any future bookings.
Megan and her family were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Kona, during his 10-day stay. They welcomed him into their home and treated him like one of their own. Eliza was very sweet, had great communication, and seems to truly love dogs. She sent daily photos and communicated as needed during her stay to clarify my preferences for caring for Luna. Luna appeared happy and well cared for when we picked her up. I trust that Eliza looked after Luna as if she was one of her own. I would definitely have her watch Luna again next time we visit Oregon!
Jenny was great. She clearly loves dogs and treated Luna like her own. She sent me updates and pictures during the stay, which helped put me at ease. My dog has been struggling to eat lately and Jenny was very patient with her and helped her get her meds and some food. I needed to extend the sitting and Jenny was very accommodating and kind.
The absolute best Rover sitter experience ever! Angela stopped by prior to confirming the booking to meet with us and our pups. When it was dog sitting time, she picked up our pups in her car and her back seat had a dog bed type item that provided both safety and comfort. We received regular updates throughout our trip inclusive of both photos and videos! She gave our pups regular walks, individualized for their needs: a slow walk for our senior dog and a more training-focused walk for or two-year old dog who has serious focus issues, but he's so much better now!!!! On a personal level, Angela is a very pleasant person: elegant, calm demeanor, attentive to details, communicative, caring, and definitely a doggie lover. Needless to say, we look forward to becoming repeat clients :)
Tiffany has been the BEST Rover sitter we’ve ever had! From the moment we dropped off Kashous and Reggie, we knew they were in amazing hands. She took such great care of them and made sure they felt safe and loved the entire time. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, we had to extend our trip by an extra day.
