About: I have walked and pet sat for 5+ years, and for the past two years, I have fostered rescue dogs as well. I love to hang out with your dog, whether that includes walks, playing, or just hanging out on the couch. I just finished a masters degree and am currently searching for a full time job, so I have a very flexible schedule, with availability on both weekdays and weekends. I am very careful to ensure dogs are safe when I take them for walks or pet sit. I always look for potential dangers (got lots of experience avoiding chicken bones on the street in NYC!) and keeping your dog safe is my top priority.
“Briana has been awesome. Very reliable and easy to communicate with. Our dog is very relaxed and happy when we arrive home. Thank you for being so good with our bucky!”

“Kathy is energetic, sweet & my dog loved her! She made sure Molly was walked the full 1/2 hour, was safe and did everything she needed to do (pee & poop). I highly recommend Kathy & will be using her again.”

About: I grew up taking care of my neighbors dogs and volunteering at animal shelters. I have cared for my roommates dogs when they are working or out of town. I am a pediatric nurse who is caring, responsible and dependable! I will treat your pet as if it is my own. I am starting a new job in a few months and so have a lot of free time, and will available most days and times. I am very professional and am happy to meet in person ahead of time. I will gladly send pictures throughout the walk/visit to ensure you feel comfortable leaving your pet with me.
About: I've cared for my own dog, dogs of family members, and dogs of neighbors for about a decade. I have particular experience in caring for needy or high-maintenance dogs. Right now I'm wide open since I'm home from college for the summer, so I have plenty of time to walk, feed, house-sit, or whatever you may need for your dog. I'm able to give your dog as much attention as it needs. I'm happy to be hands-on, passive, or anywhere in between depending on the needs of your dog.

She took everything she needed for his care, Halo loved playing with Pollito and being with them!!! I had the most wonderful and amazing experience with her!!! About: I have been working at a dog boarding and daycare center in Virginia throughout college because of the happiness dogs bring me! I’ve had small dogs my entire life so I’ve learned about how to handle dog reactive dogs safely and securely! I’m currently on summer break, so I am able to work around most schedules for the next couple weeks. I try to stay healthy so walking dogs is a plus! I have a large backyard (unfenced so I would not let the dogs off leash) and one very nice toy poodle who just likes everyone.

I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities, from shy seniors to bouncy puppies. I am very proudly Fear Free certified. I am work from home, so your pet will never be lonely! I’ve also spent years providing trusted pet care through my own small pet-sitting and equine businesses. Whether your furry friend needs playtime, medication, or just someone to snuggle with while you're away, you can rest easy knowing they’re in kind, capable hands. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m always happy to provide updates, pictures, and tailored care. Services Offered: 🐾 Drop-in visits 🐾 Dog walking 🐾 Overnight pet sitting 🐾 Medication administration 🐾 Senior and special needs care Why Book With Me: ✅ Vet student with extensive animal handling experience ✅ Comfortable with medical/special needs care ✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative ✅ Fully Insured outside of Rover and through Rover My schedule is flexible since I am working from home this summer, which allows me to easily fit in drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and medication administration around my responsibilities. Because I’m already in the mindset of monitoring animal behavior, health, and well-being every day, pet care feels like a natural and rewarding extension of what I love to do. Whether it's checking in on a senior dog or spending extra time with a nervous kitty, I make it a point to build genuine connections and ensure your pet’s routine stays uninterrupted and stress-free, even when you're away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to create a calm, comfortable, and familiar experience that reduces stress for both the animal and their owner. I’m Fear Free Certified, which means I use proven, science-based techniques to minimize fear, anxiety, and stress during every visit, and let your pet set the pace for interactions. I carefully observe body language and behavior to understand how each animal is feeling and adjust my approach accordingly. Whether I’m feeding, walking, playing, cleaning up, or administering medications, I stay attuned to your pet’s routine and emotional needs. About: Hi! I’m a local dog lover in the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area offering dog walking and in-home pet sitting. I am currently focusing on dog walking as I transition and build my business I’m transitioning into retirement, which gives me a flexible schedule and lets me focus on what I enjoy most—spending time with dogs and making sure they feel happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away or busy. I know every dog has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to get to know each one so they feel comfortable with me right away. Light check-ins, feeding, and morning potty breaks or walks for house sitting clients. ⸻ 🌤 Midday My main dog walking window in the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area. Walks are calm, unhurried, and tailored to each dog’s energy level. ⸻ 🌇 Afternoon Drop-in visits or additional walks if needed, plus companionship time for house sitting stays. ⸻ 🌙 Evening Feeding, evening walks, and making sure pets are settled and comfortable for the night. ⸻ Because I’m transitioning into retirement, I’m able to keep my schedule flexible and focus on providing consistent, attentive care without rushing. I take dogs on long walks. I do have a crate in my home, but typically if I am leaving I set up a bed and den like atmosphere in my second floor laundry room which I gate do the dog stays safe. I run an Airbnb in my third floor so while I can watch dogs in my home, in house at the dog’s home is preferable. I am extremely safety conscious and when I have dogs over I try to keep them in my sight at all times. If they love cuddling, they will get tons of cuddles from me

About: I’ve loved animals ever since I was little, especially dogs. I never had one growing up, but would watch, walk, and feed others’, such as my neighbor’s and grandparents. Since my cat passed away, I have been looking to get a job working with animals. I promise to give your pet a great time and a new friend! I just graduated college May ‘26 and have a few part-time jobs over the summer. I typically have afternoons free, but it varies week by week! Watching your pet is a great way for me to stay active and help others :) I would prefer to watch your furry friends in their own house, seeing as I have many younger siblings, parents with allergies, and not much space for pets to run around. I am very used to minding for the safety of little children, so I will be sure your pet and your home stays well-protected!
About: I’ve had so many different animals in my life I guess you could say at this point I could care for a small zoo?! From rabbits to rats, to lizards to guinea pigs, to birds to hermit crabs to the tried and true cats and dogs I’ve truly cared for and have loved them all. And while I would now consider myself a dog person (hence the boop the snoot tagline). I do have a genuine love for all animals and now wish to share my experience, expertise, love and care with the animals that sometimes need a little extra while their “hoomans” have other things they need to address. I work freelance gigs in the small business space helping with back end business admin and marketing so I can truly make my own schedule which is ideal for cat and dog sitting gigs, no?! I currently have two rescues, a Siamese cat- Edgar Allan Poe (who goes by Poe) and a who knows what dog, (probably a lab/boxer mix, we’ve yet to order a DNA test), named Lucky. Both of my guys are super chill at this point in their lives and have no issues with other animals. With Lucky we take multiple daily walks and do have a fenced in yard, tho it is small and he begs for and prefers walks so it is rarely used as the primary source of going out. (Read that as I am used to and enjoy walks)
“Shawna is so amazing and patient with my very shy dog. He was in love with her after only meeting her twice. I was surprised how quick she got him to warm up. She has been extremely reliably over the past 3 months of walking Apollo, and had never missed a day. She is a total lifesaver for me and my dog. I feel very fortunate to have come across her here on Rover!”

Gianna is a true gem!!! I used her today to walk Bear and Bailee and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was punctual, followed all instructions to the letter communicated thoroughly, provided detailed information and explanations and provided pictures. There’s nothing more I could’ve asked for! I have found the perfect dog walker for Bear and Bailee! Thanks Gianna!

Gwynne is everything you could hope for in a dog walker. She walked Lori and Tully and was wonderful with both of them. She is patient, kind, and genuinely a good person, the kind you immediately trust with your dogs. She is also incredibly considerate and detail oriented, never missing a thing and always going the extra step to make sure the pups were happy, safe, and well cared for. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kristina did a wonderful job caring for Milo. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly very caring with animals. I felt comfortable knowing Milo was in good hands, and I could tell my dog enjoyed the walks and time with her. She was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Kristina to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog walker!

We started our walks recently with Christel and from our first meeting, I knew our dog Zoey was in good hands. She has great vibrant energy, calm, easygoing and puts a lot of love and care into her work. Zoey tried to leave with her after our meet and greet 😂 that spoke volumes! Christel has been great to work with and looking forward to continuing to work with her regularly.

Sheila is AWESOME! She was prompt to respond, courteous, friendly and attentive. She was on time to take my high energy English Bulldog puppy out for walks. She went above & beyond in the attention she gave my dog. This was my first time using Rover and she was great at guiding me through the process. Her communication was direct and clear. She is fantastic and I certainly will be hiring her for future needs.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
