About: I’ve been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember! I started dog walking at 16 and have been volunteering at local animal shelters since I was 18, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds. Over the years, I’ve cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and even reptiles, so I’m comfortable handling different personalities and care needs. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or just some extra love and attention, I’m here to treat your pets with the utmost care and ensure they’re happy and safe while you’re away. I work full-time so I offer all services, but for house sitting and house boarding, I can provide potty breaks between 4-8 hours. I always treat your home with the same respect and care as I would my own. While caring for your pets, I make sure their routines stay consistent—whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or just relaxing together. I’m attentive to details like keeping feeding areas tidy, cleaning up after pets, and ensuring your home stays secure while you’re away.
About: Hi! I’m a local dog lover in the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area offering dog walking and in-home pet sitting. I am currently focusing on dog walking as I transition and build my business I’m transitioning into retirement, which gives me a flexible schedule and lets me focus on what I enjoy most—spending time with dogs and making sure they feel happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away or busy. I know every dog has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to get to know each one so they feel comfortable with me right away. Light check-ins, feeding, and morning potty breaks or walks for house sitting clients. ⸻ 🌤 Midday My main dog walking window in the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area. Walks are calm, unhurried, and tailored to each dog’s energy level. ⸻ 🌇 Afternoon Drop-in visits or additional walks if needed, plus companionship time for house sitting stays. ⸻ 🌙 Evening Feeding, evening walks, and making sure pets are settled and comfortable for the night. ⸻ Because I’m transitioning into retirement, I’m able to keep my schedule flexible and focus on providing consistent, attentive care without rushing. I take dogs on long walks. I do have a crate in my home, but typically if I am leaving I set up a bed and den like atmosphere in my second floor laundry room which I gate do the dog stays safe. I run an Airbnb in my third floor so while I can watch dogs in my home, in house at the dog’s home is preferable. I am extremely safety conscious and when I have dogs over I try to keep them in my sight at all times. If they love cuddling, they will get tons of cuddles from me

About: I worked at a veterinary clinic for 12 years, and have had cats my whole life. I currently have 3 happy cats. I help out at a local cattery with socializing, cleaning, feeding, etc. I love connecting with animals! They have so much love to offer. I am free most days, generally mornings and later afternoons into evenings. I am busy certain days during the week from about 11 am to 3 pm. I can do drop-ins at a client's home, i.e. dog walking, feeding, socializing etc. I have the flexibility to do this every day. I will send pics too. I can also provide transport services!
About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, including overnight stays, drop-in visits, dog walking, feeding routines, playtime, litter box care, and administering medications. I’ve cared for pets with a variety of personalities and needs — from energetic dogs who need extra exercise to shy cats who need patience and time to feel comfortable. For many years, I provided in-home pet sitting, including staying overnight in clients’ homes and maintaining pets’ normal routines while their owners were away. I currently have two long-term clients whose homes I continue to stay in regularly, but now that I have my own pet at home, I am focusing on drop-in visits and walks for new clients. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while keeping their routines as consistent as possible. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets and your home, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule as a personal trainer. I often have breaks throughout the day that allow me to provide midday walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with pets while their owners are away. I’m already used to building my schedule around the needs of others, whether that’s my clients or their pets, and I love having animals as part of my day. Outside of work, I’m an active person who enjoys running and spending time outdoors, so I especially enjoy helping dogs get exercise and enrichment. For cats, I love taking the time to provide calm companionship, playtime, and care that keeps them comfortable in their own home. When caring for pets in your home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow your instructions closely for feeding schedules, medications, walks, playtime, and any special preferences your pet may have. For drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet gets quality attention — including walks, bathroom breaks, meals, fresh water, playtime, cleanup, and lots of affection. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your pet is happy and cared for while you’re away. I understand that pets feel most comfortable in familiar surroundings, so my goal is to make your home feel like a safe, stress-free place while you’re gone.
“We appreciate Oliver so much. He sent a notification at the beginning and end of every walk, along with photos. He noticed that our guinea pigs didn't have a water bottle, and wrote to make sure this was intentional. He is detail oriented and caring.”

“Thank you Brianna they look very calm and relaxed!! I love the picture with them side by side so cute!! You are there new friend. Thanks so much Maureen”

“Mike is great - you can tell he really enjoys being around pets and our cat was no exception! He made sure she was well taken care of and we came home to a happy happy cat! Thanks again!!”
“Ashley did a fantastic job caring for our two kittens! She was incredibly communicative and sent detailed recaps after each visit, along with great photos. She was patient with our kitties, and they became more and more comfortable with each visit—it was so great to see. We will definitely be booking with Ashley again!”

“Couldn’t have been a better experience with Sara. Excellent, super responsive communication. Went above and beyond with our cat to notice he had a lil scratch from a previous neighborhood tussle and applied some ointment for us while we were out of state. Contacted us/emergency contact etc. sent great pics and updates. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could!!”

“I would absolutely recommend Tim and Ally if you are on the fence about who to chose from the long list of walkers on Rover. We had Tim drop in on our dog, Maebel for a long weekend. Each visit he was punctual, give us a great update and sent a picture! Our dog is older and can be particular about eating and walking, but Tim always reported back with an update that made us feel confident she was being cared for as if we would take care of her! Not to mention their pricing is below average on Rover compared to their level of care! They also were willing to schedule a meet up before the weekend to meet Maebel and walk through her typical routine. I fully trusted them entering and securing our house and caring for Maebel Absolutely choose Tim and Ally, We have also recommended them to our friends who have dogs!”

“Jordana was wonderful with my dog, Schuyler! She was really communicative before each visit, and Schuyler clearly loved her and was well-fed and played with each time I came home. I would definitely recommend Jordana to others!”

“Mackenzie was great! She helped with my dog with special needs (deaf, partially blind) over the holidays. She communicated well with updates and pictures every day, and she worked through some bad winter weather! I am very particular with who I trust with my dog, and we would definitely use her again.”

“Brittany is great! My kitten was in good hands, never had to worry knowing Brittany was there. She did everything perfect while caring for my cat. I will use Brittany for future visits.”

“Absolutely awesome. Ali did drop in visits for our dog, Molly, over this past weekend. Scheduled five drop in visits, everyone was on time and pictures that were sent looked like Molly was having a great time. Thank you Ali, will definitely rebook.”

About: As a mother and a teacher, I have developed the fine art of caregiving. My love of animals is demonstrated not only through play and cuddles, but also by providing the routine and structure pets need in order to feel safe and secure. This balance is so important for the animals we love, as well for ourselves. I practice this balance in my own life through daily excercise, especially walking and yoga. This is another reason why I welcome walking your dog at any pace they are accustomed to or simply snuggling with him/her on your living room floor. In addition, I hold a Masters Degree in Special Education and currently tutor students privately. I am happy to provide references who can speak to my responsible work ethic and character upon your request. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pet! My private tutoring schedule allows me to be home with your pet mornings and afternoons and I’m never gone more than 3 to 4 hours. I have a large fenced yard and a clean, contained indoor space for your pet to enjoy! When your pet spends time in my yard I will accompany them even though it is completely fenced

Dion took fantastic care of our cat and dog when dropping in for a walk, or playtime, or putting them to bed! My wife and I loved getting her notes and photos with each Drop-In visit and we could tell the pets both loved her care (although our cat needed a few visits to warm up). I would recommend Dion to any and all of my friends for any pet sitting needs!

Natalia was amazing. Our dog Wicket was well taken care of. He can be a needy-pity and he took right to her. She came over multiple times a day, while we were away. They played inside and outside. She even sat with him on the couch like we do because he’s a 75 pound lap dog. Natalia even read to him. He was a happy pup while we were away. She was great with communication. Tons of stories and pictures. Do not hesitate to reach out to her. She went above and beyond for our boy!!!

Dabney has been so good with our dog. We were in a desperate situation for an all-day thing away from home and we communicated with Dabney just the evening before, late, and she was able to come two times that Saturday to walk our 1yo puppy. We've used her ever since and she's been wonderful. On time, reliable, and good with our dog. Highly recommend Dabney for Bryn Mawr-area dogsitting!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
