About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since I was a child. My family taught me to love, respect, and care for them because they are part of the family. I believe that, just like people, dogs need fresh air, exercise, and time outdoors to stay happy and healthy. I currently live in the United States as a nanny, and one of my favorite parts of my day is taking the family’s dog for walks. I love seeing her enjoy the outdoors, explore new places, and get the exercise she needs. For the past three years, starting when I lived in Colombia, my friends have trusted me to care for their pets whenever they traveled or needed someone reliable. I take dogs on long walks. I do have a crate in my home, but typically if I am leaving I set up a bed and den like atmosphere in my second floor laundry room which I gate do the dog stays safe. I run an Airbnb in my third floor so while I can watch dogs in my home, in house at the dog’s home is preferable. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a kid. Always loved being around them and go for walks. I have many years of experience with young , old, and special needs animals. I am working remote so my schedule is flexible. If close by I can pop in or even work from your house that day if needed. Available for long weekends and get always as well. I offer the utmost privacy and care when it comes to stay over visits. I will care for your pet like it is my own. Including feedings and any medications, walks at least 2 times a day (more or less should that be necessary) , daily pictures, liter box or change cleanings to whom it concerns, and can transport to appoints if needed. Whatever is recruited for care while you are gone, I am happy to do.

In the past, I've fostered puppies, dogs with anxiety and senior dogs and adopted them out to loving homes. I currently have 2 black labs at my home so full-time overnight house sitting is difficult but willing to work with anyone in need. I am available weekdays and weekends with notice and open to reoccurring visits. I have 2 labs at home, so full-time overnight visits are difficult. I'm very much willing to do pre-visits before your time away to "warm up" for both your pets and me Over my life, I've had all sizes of dogs, garden-diggers, fence-jumpers, and all kinds of health issues to work with. Most any needs your pets have, I'm willing to work with you to support your pet/s. I'm comfortable with both large and small dogs and completely willing to work with you if your situation has anxiety or outward aggressive behavior. Personally, I'm a supporter of no-harm training, while some cases take longer, positive reinforcement in the long run benefits everyone.

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
