“We booked a last minute vacation, and thankfully Sara was available to check in on our cats. Our overall experience with Sara was an 11/10. We have three cats with three very distinct personalities and different needs, but Sara was ready and willing to make sure they had the best care while we were gone. Her communication was great. We could tell how much the cats enjoyed her by all of the adorable (and funny) photos she shared each visit. About: I’ve loved animals ever since I was little, especially dogs. I never had one growing up, but would watch, walk, and feed others’, such as my neighbor’s and grandparents. Since my cat passed away, I have been looking to get a job working with animals. I promise to give your pet a great time and a new friend! I just graduated college May ‘26 and have a few part-time jobs over the summer. I typically have afternoons free, but it varies week by week! Watching your pet is a great way for me to stay active and help others :) I would prefer to watch your furry friends in their own house, seeing as I have many younger siblings, parents with allergies, and not much space for pets to run around. About: I have been working at a dog boarding and daycare center in Virginia throughout college because of the happiness dogs bring me! I’ve had small dogs my entire life so I’ve learned about how to handle dog reactive dogs safely and securely! I’m currently on summer break, so I am able to work around most schedules for the next couple weeks. I try to stay healthy so walking dogs is a plus! I have a large backyard (unfenced so I would not let the dogs off leash) and one very nice toy poodle who just likes everyone.

I do have a genuine love for all animals and now wish to share my experience, expertise, love and care with the animals that sometimes need a little extra while their “hoomans” have other things they need to address. I work freelance gigs in the small business space helping with back end business admin and marketing so I can truly make my own schedule which is ideal for cat and dog sitting gigs, no?! I currently have two rescues, a Siamese cat- Edgar Allan Poe (who goes by Poe) and a who knows what dog, (probably a lab/boxer mix, we’ve yet to order a DNA test), named Lucky. Both of my guys are super chill at this point in their lives and have no issues with other animals. With Lucky we take multiple daily walks and do have a fenced in yard, tho it is small and he begs for and prefers walks so it is rarely used as the primary source of going out. (Read that as I am used to and enjoy walks)
