I’am a full-time student but I only have classes 2 days a week only till 12pm so I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for your pets! Kayla was excellent to work with. She was very communicative and our dog loved her. Our dog can be a picky eater and she was super helpful finding ways to make sure she ate enough. She sent lots of great pictures and was able to access everything easily. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived. I would totally book her again.
Rachel was fantastic with my cats. She was also patient with my one cat that needs daily meds and can be a handful. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
