Extremely professional, took great care of our cats, very fast and attentive with communication, made our long vacation worry free knowing Yicheng was looking after our babies. Definitely will book with him again!

Yicheng adopted his cat Pidan three years ago and has cared for him ever since he was a tiny kitten. He’s always attentive to Pidan’s well-being, making sure the food is nutritious, checking how often he drinks water, and paying attention to litter box habits. Whenever Pidan shows any signs of discomfort, Yicheng takes him to the vet promptly and follows through with any treatments, including giving medication or applying ointments, even if Pidan isn’t the most cooperative. He also sticks to a regular play routine using toys like feather wands to keep Pidan active and mentally stimulated. On top of that, Yicheng handles grooming himself, trimming nails gently and brushing the fur to reduce shedding. He makes sure Pidan always has access to fresh water, a cozy place to rest, and a clean, enriched environment. His consistent care and attention to detail show that he’s not only a responsible pet owner, but also someone who genuinely values the comfort and health of his cat.

Yicheng is a very friendly, kind, and responsible person who genuinely loves animals. He has helped take care of my cat with great patience and attention, and did an excellent job. He also has a cat of his own and provides daily, thoughtful care. I would absolutely recommend him as a trustworthy and loving pet caregiver.
