Standard Booking vs Constant Care: A standard booking differs from 24/7 constant care. During a standard stay, your pups are always my priority, and I would NEVER leave them alone for extended periods. That said, standard bookings do allow for brief moments when I may need to step out, such as taking another nearby dog for a quick walk or running a short errand. I’m always mindful of the dogs in my care, and if I need to step out, I keep outings as brief as possible, plan them around your pup’s routine, and make sure they are safe, comfortable, and settled. If your pup needs around-the-clock supervision (for example, due to separation anxiety, medical needs, or simply extra comfort), it is a separate service level that would fall under Rover’s constant care bookings, which I offer at a flat rate of $250 per day. This rate ensures I can block off my calendar and be fully prepared to provide 24 hour care. Please make sure to note this requirement in your booking request or at our meet and greet, as fees will need to be modified prior to confirming the dates requested. Start and End Times: To help me coordinate care smoothly, please keep your start and ends times within a 1-hour window. If a wider time frame is requested, I’ll adjust it before confirming your booking. Late arrivals may be subject to additional fees or cancellation, so please communicate with me as soon as possible if your plans change. I often have other pet guests scheduled immediately before and after each visit; accurate timing is essential, so I can provide every pet the attention they deserve. Confirming a Request: Per Rover’s policy, full payment is required before your booking can be confirmed. I’m unable to hold or block off dates until payment is completed. I often receive multiple requests for the same dates, therefore bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests may be archived if payment isn’t secured within 24 hours of our meet and greet, as pending requests temporarily remove my availability from other pet parents who are searching for care. Please note, I do not receive payment from Rover until services have been fully rendered. Cancellations: I do not offer refunds for any stay canceled less than 7 days of the confirmed booking or less than 14 days of a holiday booking. We recently lost the last of our 4 fur babies and would love to welcome yours into our home. I only take one dog at a time so I can ensure your pup gets the best care possible. About: Usually when people small talk, the topic of animals comes up. “What type of pets do you have??”. Nothing prepares them for the “Oh!! I have a bearded dragon, ball python, cockatiel, and toads…I also foster dogs and cats”, sentence. Their faces never get old 😅. You heard me right though! Not only have I owned cats/dogs, I also pride myself in having owned a vast variety of reptiles/amphibians/avian/small mammals over the years. I have been fostering both cats/dogs for the past year as well. Providing me with experience in grooming, bathing, administering meds, enrichment, and attention. I’ve dealt with many emergent situations, strengthening my knowledge and preparedness with any animal. Why stop at just cats and dogs when you could enjoy so much more? What separates me from other sitters are the platters I’ve already been dealt. Fostering, as well as owning non traditional animals, has thrown me for several loops that I would’ve never experienced by just owning a cat or dog. Pet care is the majority, if not all of my daily housework. When I foster animals, all of them need hourly upkeep on food, medicine, and play time. Easily translatable to your pet! My apartment is deep cleaned on a weekly basis; a necessity when caring for many animals. I value a organized, clean space for all my animals. I care for pets by providing basic necessities, plenty of toys, and a loving space for them to thrive in. My animals receive weekly, if not daily, wellness checks. I check for weight loss, dehydration, fleas/lice, nail length, and matting. When feeding, I make sure everyone gets proper nutrition (with a few treats ;)) and there are no signs of fatigue or unwillingness to eat. Proper behavioral signs are noted, and I can catch on to behavior that is abnormal and needs attention.

I've had dogs my entire life, so I have some substantial experience there and I've had cats nearly just as long. I have experience walking dogs and dog sitting in peoples' homes and my clients, so far, have always become repeat clients (which I love because I love the chance to see the furbabies again and again). About: I’ve had at least one pet my whole life and have helped my family care for theirs for years. I love both deeply and have a solid understanding of their needs and wants. I can handle most sizes and breeds as I’ve cared for various kinds of dogs and cats. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 13. My friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to look after their pets. I trained my own dog (siberian husky) as a puppy. I'm committed to giving your pet all the love and care they need. I am currently working however my shifts don’t start until 3pm and end at 11pm. There is no set schedule, my shifts can change on a weekly basis but I am able to pet sit in my free time. I always find time within my day whether that means getting up early or going to sleep later. I have a fenced in yard for my dog to play in and we also have gates around the house so my dog doesn't go into rooms he shouldn't alone. I will make certain that your pet is in good hands in the comfort of their own home just like mine is!
About: I have grown up taking care of my Rottweiler/Doberman since she was 10 weeks old and is now 13 years old. Big dogs are not a problem as I am not scared of them since I have grown up with one. I know how much dogs love walking and running and I love to do it with them. I have a love for all dogs big and small and enjoy even the hardest dogs to handle. With being young I can be very active with the dogs and playing with them to ensure full enjoyment. I hope to walk your dog very soon!
