11. Jenna A.
“Jenna’s love for all animals is one of the many things that makes Jenna such an amazing person. She has cats herself and also takes care of her neighbors pets while they are out of town. She even will watch my dog when we go out of town and I know my dog can be a lot of work some times but Jenna is so good with her and so responsible. Her pet sitting always comes first when it comes to making plans throughout her day. I’ve never met someone more caring for animals even when they aren’t always hers. She’s the best!”

14. Matt L.
“I've been relying on Matt L to walk my dog ali-gator for the least year when my company required me to go back to the office. He is extremely reliable, always communicates when he's taken the dog out, and Ali-gator loves him because she gets some exercise playing ball at our local park. Matt has helped with mid day lunch walks and evening weekend walks, which has been so helpful. I'm so thankful that he's provided a well needed break in the day for Ali-gator.”
15. Melissa V.
“Melissa is a very patient, responsible, and caring person. She has a deep connection to animals, growing up she always loved hanging around all types of animals. I think she’d make an excellent sitter, she’s grown up with dogs and cats and has looked after others pets as well.”
16. Gina S.
“Gina and husband, Thomas are my dog’s new best friends! Mav is a newly adopted rescue pup with lots of energy but a bit too much barking. Gina and Thomas both alternated taking Mav on walks during the day. By the end of 2 weeks, Mav learned how to happily walk the strand (w/o barking at everyone) and make friends along the way! They gave daily updates with pics and truly have a gift of making a new pup and parents feel at ease! 5 stars and more to Gina and Thomas!!”
17. Greyson S.
“Greyson was great walking my dog Sal. He met Sal prior to the day of the walk to make sure it was a good fit. He was punctual, communicated well and even gave Sal his antibiotics. Thank you again Greyson!”

About: I have had dogs all my life, and they have a special place in my heart.I will care for your dog the way you would. I travel for work so it is hard owning my own animal, however, when I’m home I can give all my attention to your dog. I have a lot of free time every month and would love to fill my days up with taking care of animals. I don't own any of my own pets, so I will give your dog all my attention. I live across the street from a huge park, which allows for many potty breaks and walks.

About: I've grown up in the south bay surrounded by cats and dogs and can't imagine my life without pets. Growing up, we always had Rhodesian Ridgebacks in our home, and now my parents are going on Ridgeback puppy number 4. This is a very high energy and strong breed, so I've been comfortable managing dogs of this size and energy level since I was little. My brother had a pit bull as well, who I absolutely adored. He was a ball of energy and very powerful, but the sweetest soul. We also had a cat in the house when I grew up, so I definitely have a soft spot for kitties as well. I'm the go to cat sitter for all my friends when they go out of town. Since I came back from college and moved out of my parents house, I started fostering in March of 2020, and immediately fell in love with my first foster Bowie and ended up adopting her. She is now a 7 year old Husky Chow Mix, and came with a lot of trauma, anxiety and reactivity. This experience has opened my eyes to working with animals from all walks of life. I've gained an immense amount of patience and understanding, and have learned how to manage her reactivity and inability to interact with other dogs while also managing her fear of people. I wouldn't have Bowie interact with pets I walk or sit because of her triggers, but have a boyfriend at home who can care for her if I ever need to spend a couple nights with your pets or jet out for a long day of walks. I'm a dog mama, so I'm more than comfortable administering medication, ear drops, creams, etc. I will respect letting an animal get comfortable on their own terms, and really care about giving them the space they need until they're ready for love, care and playtime. I have years of experience with a variety of breeds and have familiarized myself with reading body language and managing anything from resource guarding, aggression, reactivity, etc. I've implemented training into my daily life and am comfortable implementing training if you'd like, while also respecting your preferences. I believe that all owners know their animals best, I'm just here to give them love and care while you're gone. I'm currently working full time for an advertising agency in Playa Vista, and have to go into the office Tuesday-Thursday from around 10am-5pm. I'm open to walks and sitting after work Tues-Thurs, and can find more flexibility in my schedule on Mondays and Fridays. I can sit/walk your pets throughout the weekend in your home, as long as I have advance notice to confirm my boyfriend can stay at home with our pooch. As mentioned above, I believe all owners know their animals best and have found that animals are the most comfortable within their own home and routine. Because I've booked sitters and walkers on Rover in the past, I will plan to treat your pets and home just as I'd like mine to be treated. I will ask for care preferences and a schedule for your pets, so I can stay true to their normal routine while you're away. I'll respect areas of the house you would like your pets to have access to and areas you'd like to keep them out of. I'll leave your home cleaner than you left it, and make you and your pets feel like you never left when you return home. My goal is to allow you to enjoy your time away stress free, and give your pets the love they deserve.
20. Dr Berta Maria H.
“As an MD and a homeopathic practitioner, Berta treats your pets as she would any human - with understanding, concern and empathy. She loves pets of all types, is soft-spoken and caring, and tries to learn your pet's quirks. She quickly learned that my dog was a "sock thief" and generously left him with a parting gift - her pair of socks he kept stealing during her stay! Berta is totally reliable and responsible, communicative (daily texts, emails and photos) and highly respectful of your home (left it as clean as she found it). By employing Dr. Berta Maria as your pet sitter, you will be able to go on vacation without worry, knowing that your pets and home have the best care possible!”
