About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats in my house since I was born and I’ve always been a part of walking, feeding, bathing, playing with, and giving meds to them. I have taken care of my dog who is elderly, has worn diapers and has experienced surgery and anesthetics. I really enjoy being around animals of all kinds! I only work about 1-3 hourly per day! I am a practicing natural horseman and dog trainer. I have a private in law apartment, a five acre back yard, a fenced in dog run. While watching your dog I will treat them like my own. A typical day at the farm starts at five AM when we feed and turn out the horses. Petey the puppy gets his breakfast and morning constitutional. I'll take Petey down to the barn with me while I muck the barn out and I let him loose in the fenced dog run behind the barn. After morning chores its training time for everyone! The horses get excercised, Petey does his drills, and everyone gets lunch! In the afternoon typically I"ll take Petey for a walk in the trails right down the street. While staying at my house, dogs will have the opportunity to go for hikes in peppercorn state park, interact with horses and other dogs (if you so choose), play fetch and run free in my fenced in dog run. I am not able to watch dogs who are not up to date on vaccinations, are not house broken, or are under eight months of age. Im working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends! Im available for drop ins, dog walking (or cat ;)) and house sitting services with frequent picture status updates. I love being outside and my last dog was 120lb Im comfortable with tiny to mighty! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
