About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and have always loved caring for animals. I’m responsible, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with both dogs and cats. I currently don’t have a pet of my own, but many of my family members do. Whenever they go on vacation or take a trip where they can’t bring their pets, I’m usually the first person they trust to take care of them. Whether that means extra cuddles, play time, daily walks, cleaning cages, or cleaning the house, I will make sure that by the end of my first visit, your pet will feel happy, comfortable, and safe with me. About me: I have had pets my entire life and am well-acquainted with the needs of various animals. In addition to my childhood pets, I have taken care of animals for friends and family for about 10 years now. I have taken care of cats, dogs, rabbits, lizards, and birds and understand the importance of finding someone you trust to care for your pet. It is no stress on me to live with your pet for a week, come by for a walk, or drop in and visit throughout the day. I can work around my schedule any day of the week to ensure your pet gets the care they deserve. I can easily leash and crate any animal who requires it. Your pet will get food and love every day (obviously!) If needed, I will take your pet for walks regularly and take pride in my ability to keep a space clean, including cleaning up after a pet in the yard or in public. All doors and windows will stay locked and will be checked before I leave the residence, all lights will be turned off when not in use, and I don't run washing machines, dryers, or dishwashers when I am away.

About: I have solid pet care experience — in my own home and staying at owners' homes to care for pets and houses. I have cared for dogs, cats, and even farm animals over the years. I live in a large house with two fully fenced yards, a seasonal pool, and walking trails nearby, so pets have plenty of room to run, relax, or explore on leash. I also have two dogs of our own, Loki (7) and Nelly (14), both friendly, well-behaved 50lb mixed breeds — Loki's a bit more active, Nelly's calm and sweet. They may bark when someone new arrives but warm up fast, so we know how to help nervous pets settle in. Whether it's an active young dog or a senior who needs a gentler routine, I tailor the care to fit. Pet care is woven into my everyday life. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day for feeding, potty breaks, and attention — not squeezing visits in around a job. My own dogs are let out into the fenced yard at least 4-5 times a day, right from the front door, and I take them on a walk daily. With two fenced yards, a pool, and trails nearby, pets get plenty of room to play and explore. Because I'm home consistently, sitting jobs fit naturally into my day — your pet gets frequent check-ins and a routine that doesn't feel rushed. I take pet care in my home very seriously — I consider pets family, and the top priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at ease from the moment they arrive. My main focus is hosting sits in my own home, but I'm also open to sitting at a client's home nearby. I have done several sits in other people's homes, and I take that responsibility seriously: I make it a priority to learn a pet's routine — feeding times, walk schedules, favorite spots, any quirks — and stick to it closely so there's as little disruption as possible. I'm also a respectful guest in someone else's home, treating the space and belongings with care, just as I would want someone to treat mine. About: I have experience caring for all different types of animals, ages, and medical knowledge. Growing up I learned how to take care of horses, equine medicine, rehabilitation, and overall animal body language. I’ve always had dogs of different breeds (huskies, Akita/Shephard mix, corgi, pit bull/cattle dog) so I am very familiar with different needs, energy levels, and breed characteristics. I’ve had various different animals such as cats and Guinea pigs and truly call myself an animal lover. I am fully capable of handling all different sizes and dogs in various stages of their training. I am currently attending MCPHS full time for dental hygiene so I will be attending classes during the day. I am able to provide care before I leave for classes, and after during the afternoon or evening depending on the day. About: I have always had a love for dogs (and all animals really!). I have been training and caring for my own dogs for over 15 years of my life. I have experience with special needs dogs (my own dog is deaf and I have had a deaf/blind dog in the past), I love to offer basic puppy and obedience training, multi dog walks and hiking adventures! I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I use positive only methods and believe that all dogs deserve quality enrichment that lets them just be themselves. I currently work from home but my schedule is very open and flexible. When walking dogs, I do prefer that connectors are used for everyone’s safety and comfort and can provide them if needed! I am a full time student, my classes end around noon time, the latest being 1:45 on Fridays. I have a part time job as well, but my work schedule is very flexible as I can pick the days I work in advance. My home is a safe and welcoming space for dogs. I have a large, fenced backyard where they can play and explore. I live with my parents, which just means even more love for the future pups! I have a small Chihuahua who mostly keeps to herself, but if any issues arise, there’s enough space in the house to separate them. If your dog needs a crate, I can accommodate for that too!

About: Hi there! I’m a current veterinary student at Tufts University and a former veterinary assistant with three summers of clinical experience. I’ve cared for animals of all shapes and would love to care for your pet too. I’ve grown up with big dogs so large breeds and high-energy pups don’t intimidate me. To my mother’s dismay, I brought home snake while I was in middle school and have experience caring for lizards, turtles, and tortoises too. During my undergrad I spent time working on ranches and farms. And, finally, in my post grad I fostered cats of all ages. Basically, I can take care of whatever animal you have (except for maybe a tiger…). I’m trained in safely administering medications of all types (oral, topical, injectable), and am comfortable supporting pets with chronic or special needs. I’m big on reading body language and will always respect your pet’s needs, whether that’s extra snuggles or some alone time. My goal is to ensure that both you and your pet feel safe and comfortable. Communication is huge for me. Expect plenty of photo updates while you’re away (unless you don’t want that of course). I have reliable transportation and take pride in being punctual. Outside of school, I’m fairly active. I spent my summer hiking around Colorado and am trying to maintain a frequent physical activity while in school. I am a full-time veterinary student with classes on weekdays. Most of my required labs take place in the afternoon, and I typically have a lunch break from around 11:50-1:00. This allows me for some shorter drop-ins around lunch if you are close to the Tufts Campus. Because of my school schedule, I’m most available in the later afternoons (anytime after 5pm), overnight, and early morning. I have some required classes that start at 8am, but our schedules are constantly changing. House sitting works especially well for me as it allows me to give your pet attention in the morning and evenings while keeping their routine consistent. (I also get a study buddy who won’t judge my old fashioned note taking). Due to currently living with a roommate’s dog, I am unable to care for pets in my home. When caring for people’s pets in their home, I follow their normal routines as closely as possible to keep things predictable and as stress-free for their pet as possible. I will make sure that I follow all house rules, keep a safe and clean environment, and give the pet lots of attention to make sure that they’re healthy and cared for. I provide regular updates and photos so that owners know their pet is in good-hands while they are away.

About: I had a 13 year old Labrador Retriever and take care of our 16 year old mutt and 16 year old Angora cat.
