“Ann did a fantastic job taking care of our lil ones, even through multiple medications and some health issues. Ann was quick to give us updates and reached out with concerns. Definitely would look to book her again.”

“Alison was incredible! I knew from when she first met Nigiri that he would be in great hands. She was super timely, flexible with his feeding schedule, and always cuddled with him. I could easily tell from all the photos that he adored her right away. I hope there will be a time where Alison and Nigiri can hang out again soon!”

“Kelly has been so attentive and helpful as we have cared for my special needs cat. I will definitely call on her again next time I need such care. She has a lovely manner with my cats. I definitely would recommend.”

“Kiari was responsive to request and appreciated cars notes. Very attentive to our Blue . Exercised him and gave him an adventure while we visited with friends in a situation that didn’t allow dogs! Will check in with ger agin when in Worcester. 💙”

“Gabriela was fantastic at cat sitting! She was very invested in learning about Rhea and her personality. Gabriela did a great job completing the tasks we’d left for her and she sent detailed summaries every visit. Gabriela even was able to engage Rhea into playing more than usual by crafting a toy. Would highly recommend Gabriela for any sort of pet sitting :)”

“Caitlin did an amazing job taking care of my Bubba! She took diligent notes during our meeting, asked great questions to make sure she knew exactly what he needed, and took excellent care of him! Caitlin is quick to respond to messages, followed instructions to a T, and was perfectly on time every time. She sent detailed notes from her visits and I loved the pictures she took for the visit updates! She was patient with him as he’s older and takes a little longer when out for a walk. She stayed with him to make sure he ate his dinner and got settled back in. I can’t say enough good things about Caitlin and will definitely use her in the future for any pet sitting needs we have. Thank you Caitlin!!”

About: I've loved taking care of animals since I was a child, starting with my first pets - parakeets named Larry Bird and Miss Piggy. They were followed by rabbits, a beagle and primarily for the last few years, cats. I'm currently providing doggy day care for a neighbor during the week. I'm currently looking after my father and can easily take care of your pups during the morning, afternoons or early evenings. My availability is very flexible. I live in a condominium community, which is largely quiet with plenty of great places to walk (fields, trails and a designated dog park nearby).
About: I bring a gentle, vet‑tech‑in‑training approach to dogs, focusing on routines, comfort, and positive energy. There isn't a breed or size that intimidates me, I love all furry-friends the same. I’m not working right now, and during the fall semester I’ll be in classes Monday through Friday from 8am–4pm. Outside of school hours, I have plenty of time for pet care, and I may also work part‑time at the vet hospital on weekends. I keep my schedule organized so I can give your pet consistent attention and care. My apartment is fully pet‑proofed with no access to harmful materials like toxic plants or trash. I also have access to a large enclosed dog park at my apartment for safe outdoor time. I like to know your pet’s veterinarian as a precaution, so I can make sure I’m prepared and informed while caring for them.
About: I’ve taken care of different pets since I was 9. In my childhood I had Guinea pigs, hamsters, rats and two cats. Currently, I am a volunteer at Community Cat Connection and also have a wonderful Bombay girl cat, she is curious and friendly so boarding is possible if your cat like other cats too :) I’m currently working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. On weekends my husband and I are free and ready to be with your pet all day :) Any and all instructions that you leave for me will be followed with care to keep your pet happy. I follow their regular feeding schedule, provide fresh water, maintain their usual exercise routines and engage them in activities they enjoy.
About: Hello! My name is Rylee, i currently own two cats but have been a previous owner to a pitbull adopted from my local shelter. My dog was unfortunately abused as a puppy and had some behavioral issues so I am very use to dealing with these types of dogs. Although I have not owned a dog since, I love all my friends and families dogs dearly. I will be more than happy to provide toys or treats your dog enjoys to have fun while away from home! I treat every dog like it’s my own and will always reach out with any questions or concerns while they are in my care. I have frequent experience dog sitting for my aunt’s two dogs, four cats along with taking care of their fish. I also have experience with administering oral and topical medication to dogs that I have pet sat for and following specific feeding routines. Please feel free to message me to talk about caring for your furry friends! I currently work a full time job but that does not stop me from helping out your pets! I will likely do better with an animal that can manage 6-8 hours without being let out during weekdays. Weekends that I have open availability, your pet will get my full attention! I am more than open to staying in the home to help accommodate your pet and make them comfortable while you’re away! I like to stick as close as possible to your average daily routine with your pets to make things easy for you and them! When staying in peoples homes I am very conscious of keeping things clean and tidy and helping out with other things such as watering plants, bringing in the mail, putting out the trash and making sure things are secure as I come and go!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats in my house since I was born and I’ve always been a part of walking, feeding, bathing, playing with, and giving meds to them. I have taken care of my dog who is elderly, has worn diapers and has experienced surgery and anesthetics. I really enjoy being around animals of all kinds! I only work about 1-3 hourly per day! I’m always around to hang out and play with pets. I always will have someone around the pets so they’ll never be alone. I know a lot of the behavioral signs of discomfort in animals, I always want the pets I’m working with to enjoy their time. I will always make sure a pet is in a safe and fitting environment for their needs. I have worked with pets who are sick, directly after surgery, and who need medication administered
About: Ever since I was a child, I have excelled in feeding, walking, and taking care of dogs, including our family pet. Can also distribute medication. I'm currently working full-time, but I will have plenty of opportunities to pop in so I can feed, play with, and check on your pet! I am very organized and responsible, with a clean background check and significant experience in caring for other people's pets, especially while they are away.
“Highly recommend! Grace took great care of Reese over the long weekend, providing regular updates and making sure she was happy and well cared for. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in good hands”

About: I'm a nature enthusiast and lifelong animal lover. My interest in pet care started at 12, walking my neighbors' dogs for candy, and by 13 I was volunteering at my local animal hospital. Since then, I’ve had years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I am free most week days after/early before work & weekends. I’d prefer not to be out past dark depending on the area & visibility at night. I have no pets of my own at home so your companion will have my undivided attention! I pay very close attention to detail and follow directions well so i can provide whatever kind of care you need & treat your fur baby like my own!

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Worcester
Kelly took great care of our pet, took plenty of pictures and kept us in the loop and gave us peace of mind when we needed to go at a time when our pet was feeling a little under the weather. Would highly recommend Kelly to take care of your pets. Thanks again Kelly!

Mary checked in on my cats while I was away on vacation. Mary is wonderful with even the shyest of cats! She sent pictures daily and sent updates about all of my pets, with info on meals and liter box use. Even my shyest cat Salem came down to see her! My mind was at ease while I was away knowing my pets are being well taken care of.

Edith is hands-down the most remarkable pet sitter I have ever hired. While watching my cat, an unexpected health issue arose that required an emergency home visit from our vet. Edith rearranged her personal schedule to meet the vet, then expertly helped round up my cat, who is notoriously difficult during medical visits. My vet was full of praise for her professionalism and composure. Edith has a natural talent for reading animal needs, and I recommend her without reservation.

Asia was so wonderful our entire trip giving us tons of photos every update and keeping us up to date on Ebi’s behavior, mood, bathroom habits, and she even checked in on our gecko Benny’s light each day to make sure he wasn’t cold. Her experience as a vet tech really set our hearts at ease, and she asked great questions during our meet and greet before the trip. Ebi felt completely safe in her hands and I’ll definitely be reaching out to her first the next time we need a pet sitter!
Kiari was wonderful! We booked a little last minute and she was able to meet Booker the day before with us and give her a run down on his care. I felt very relaxed knowing my baby was being well cared for. I’m only in the area temporarily but I will be using Kiari again if I need to go out of town!

Katie took care of my cat George for a full week of drop-in visits, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She spent time actually playing with him (not just the basics), and it showed—George looked so happy and relaxed in all the updates she sent. Speaking of updates, Katie sent a ton of them, which I absolutely loved. It made being away so much easier knowing exactly how he was doing each day. She also went above and beyond by watering my plants, which I really appreciated. I would 100% book Katie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable pet sitter!

Rebecka went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND while she took care of our cats !!! We can't thank her enough , from start to finish she made sure our little fur babies were taken care of . Her communication was excellent , she set up an appointment right way to understand what our needs were not only for our cats but the house too . She was very professional and she truly cares about animals . We can't thank her enough and will definitely be using her in the future.

Sara was amazing and my disabled cat loves her. She was so responsive and caring by keeping me timely informed on my fur babies progress while we were gone halfway around the world for over a month. I cannot recommend her more. She truly bonded and cared for my animals. Hire her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
