About: I’ve been taking care of animals for almost 10 years. I have both fostered and owned animals as well as watched other animals. I have owned my dog since she was a puppy, so I have experience with younger dogs. I have helped family friends with their older dogs who need help moving around and cannot stay home alone. I have also long term fostered a special needs dog. I’m currently a full time graduate student at MCPHS in Worcester. I am available for in home pet sitting during the week, however I do have classes full time so my ability to check in during the day may be dependent on the distance between your home and my school. During my previous time pet sitting I have stayed at the owner’s home as well as done 2-3 times a day check ins. When doing these I play by house rules. Crating a dog is not a problem as that is what I do with my own. I have pet sat for people who do and do not crate their animals.

I’ve had the privilege of pet sitting for friends during vacations, pregnancies, and even chemo appointments. Over time, their dogs have developed a special trust in me, giving their owners peace of mind whenever they’re away. I love keeping families connected, so I always send photos and updates to show how their pets are doing. I truly enjoy walking dogs —it’s one of my favorite parts of pet care. If your pup needs exercise, I’m more than happy to help make sure they’re happily tired and content by the time you get home. These days, I walk my neighbor’s dog, Chloe, every morning. They’re an older couple, so I do it simply to help out, and Chloe now waits for me by the door each day. It’s one of the sweetest parts of my routine. Availability: I am actively at work three days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from the hours of approximately 11-4 pm. The rest of the week I work from home. Walking Services: I am an avid hiker and runner. I typically use my days off to hike and I would be delighted to integrate your dog into my routine if you live near trails. House stays: When I stay in the clients home, I try to keep to the schedule that is already known to minimize stress to the pet. Dog daycare: At my own home, I have a fenced in area where the dogs can run and play. There are neighborhood dogs that can come and play if your pet enjoys socializing.

“Logan pet sat for our cat Bella for a week while we away. Bella is a senior with special needs. Logan came by to meet with Bella a few times before we went away. Logan then stayed at our home caring for Bella while attending college classes. We called every few days so Bella could hear our voice. Having Logan with Bella allowed us to be away knowing she was being well cared for and not alone for long periods of time. We will be in touch with Logan again to sit for Bella.”

About: Dogs are my absolute favorite thing in the universe. I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have two fur babies of my own. I’m comfortable with all dogs, of any size or temperament. I am reliable and trustworthy. I will make sure your pup is as loved and cared for as s/he could possibly be! I’m available very often, during the day and in the evening. I cannot boards dogs in my own home because of my two dogs and limited space. I am, however, open to overnights, visits and walks. I have a lot of experience with pullers, jumpers, slowpokes, puppies, elders, grumpies, and more. I’m also happy and willing to help with cat care. I have a pretty flexible schedule and am available often during the week and possibly weekends. I also understand that sometimes plans change, and am willing to work with you if our scheduled times become inconvenient. Ultimately, I want what's best for you and your pet. I have a full time, remote job from Monday - Friday. I am able to work from alternate locations, and have access to reliable transportation. I will always confirm any special accommodations or needs before beginning. Following owner instruction is the name of my game. You know your pet(s) better than I do, after all. I am respectful of your home and always clean up after myself/the animal(s), and maintain an open line of communication at all times. I will never lie or try to cover up a mistake I've made - I truly believe that honesty is the best policy and I take your trust in me very seriously.
