Availability
I currently work full time as a vet nurse and I pet sit for some of my current clients. Your pets care is my top priority while you’re away. My hope is that we can find something that fits for the both of us. I look forward to meeting you and your pet 😸

Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
I have stayed at clients homes previously watching cats and dogs. I initially try to take the time for the pet to get to know me, once they are comfortable the I’ll take them for walks (unless otherwise told) and play with them. In the past I have slept on the main floor with older pets if they can’t do stairs. I try and make giving medications fun so hiding it in snacks or turning it into a game if I can. I try to make the pets time as stress free as possible while their parents are gone.
Information Liz S. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know how your pet is with other animals, how they do on walks, if there are any medical conditions or time sensitive medications. I will make adjustments to my schedule depending on your pets needs. I would also like to know if your pet has a favorite toy, if they have a morning or nightly routine, if they have a favorite show to watch while you are away for short periods of time. The more quirks the better :)
A typical day
I will play with the dogs in the yard, go for walks, snuggle. I usually will find a place to walk dogs around their home wether it be a park or in a nearby neighborhood.

Pet care experience
I am a Licensed Veterinary Nurse. I have been in the veterinary field for 13 years and have been licensed for 10 years. I have also been pet sitting for just as long if not longer. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own. At times foster cats for a local cat rescue. My passion is caring for animals.
Reviews
Thank you Liz!!!

Not only do we have 2 elderly and medically needy cats, Liz also had to navigate a new cat member to our family from The Cat Distribution System only 6 weeks ago and is still mostly relinquished to the (temperature controlled and safe finished) basement. She sent great updates that were reassuring with behaviors as evidence. She also took sooo many cute pics for 2x daily cat updates 😍 I would book with Liz again.

Liz was absolutely wonderful with Bagel. He fell in love immediately and was calm and well adjusted when we got back from vacation.

Liz was great with our cat while we were away. She was very attentive and good about keeping us posted with how he was doing. I loved the photos. Really made us feel like he was well taken care of.
