About: I have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and four years of hands-on experience working in both a veterinary clinic and a dog kennel/daycare. I’m currently a first-year veterinary student at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, continuing to build my knowledge and skills in animal health and behavior. I’m comfortable administering medications, including injectable medications such as insulin, and have experience caring for dogs with behavioral challenges, including dog-aggressive dogs. My own dog has these challenges, so I understand the importance of patience, proper handling, and creating a safe environment for every pet. With four years of veterinary clinic and dog daycare experience, along with my current veterinary education, I’m comfortable recognizing changes in behavior or health and handling a variety of personalities and needs. I also have experience with dogs who may be reactive or aggressive toward other dogs, so I take introductions, walks, and environmental safety seriously. My goal is for every pet to feel safe and cared for while their owner is away.

About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and have always loved caring for animals. I’m responsible, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with both dogs and cats. I currently don’t have a pet of my own, but many of my family members do. Whenever they go on vacation or take a trip where they can’t bring their pets, I’m usually the first person they trust to take care of them. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, keeping pets company, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I understand that pets are part of the family, so I treat every pet in my care with the same attention and care I would want someone to give my own. I'm currently working part-time si I have plenty of time to play with your pups in the afternoon during week days must specifically after 3:30 pm and all day during weekends. When caring for pets in their home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away. I always follow the instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific routines their pet is used to. About: My name is Brooke Laplante and I am a 20 year old college student. Since the age that I learned what a dog was, I begged my parents for one for years until finally, they caved (we have had pets before but had not yet adopted into the dog world). We went to a local shelter (shoutout Second Chance Animal Shelter) and picked out the runt of the litter. How could I not? I recently started volunteering at this animal shelter weekly too. Ever since the day we adopted Nola, she has been my pride and joy. I have always said I would be happy with a million dogs for kids when I grow up. I am the dog walker of the household. Every day I ask her “Nola, do you want to go for a walk?” and she jumps up and stands at the front door waiting for me to grab her harness. It’s the thing that she looks forward to the most in her day. I understand your dogs are your children and knowing that, especially with one of my own, I will do everything I can to make sure your dog is safe and loved when they are in the care of my hands. I am growing and learning about these awesome fur babies each and every day. There is always room to learn but things like compassion aren’t taught or learned. It is something you have in your heart since you are born and mine is so full of compassion for these doggies.

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with two dogs, two cats, and even turtles and birds. Throughout high school, I cared for my neighbors' dogs and cats and regularly looked after my extended families pets while they were away, this gave me years of hands on experience with animals of all kinds. I have experience with fostering animals so I have taken care of blind dogs, dogs with diabetes and other disabilities that I am familiar with. I currently work part time at a grocery store, I don’t get a lot of hours so I have a lot of free time! I love animals so I make time for them at all times of the week :). I have a dog park at my apartment that many dogs i have watched loved to run around and play with the other dogs in. My apartment is also very spacious so cats and dogs have plenty of roaming space. I often make sure I get used to any animals environment fast, check out their favorite spots and make sure they’re as comfortable as possible while I am around them!

About: I have 9 years of experience with all ages and sizes of dogs. I walked my neighbors dogs for 8 of those years and have had my own dog since, who I trained myself. I have always enjoyed spending time with my furry friends and will treat them like my own! I am in school full time during the day and have a part-time job Monday, Wednesday, Friday night and Saturday afternoon. I am available Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday night while also having a few hours during the day for a possible potty break! I have always believed in slow introductions and building trust with animals. I love spending time with animals and will work to make their experience with a new sitter enjoyable.
