About: I am out of the house for 6 hours a day due to work. I have Fridays and Saturdays off! If your pup is crate trained or can stay in the house alone with no problems, I would love to have them stay with me! I have hands-on experience in pet care, including two years working at a doggy daycare, as well as caring for dogs and cats since I was young. I will do everything I can to ensure your furry friends feel happy, comfortable, and safe while in my care. 🐾 Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I take walks every morning and afternoon and would love to have your dog join me. Your pet will always have my full, undivided attention. I always start by gently building trust with your pet, letting them feel comfortable and secure at their own pace. Once they’ve warmed up, they’re welcome to explore my home freely. I have a variety of cat and dog toys so every pet feels at home. My home is calm, quiet, and full of positive energy. If I ever need to step out briefly, your dog will relax in a cozy crate with soft blankets, fresh water, and a peanut-butter-filled Kong, making it a safe and comforting space while you’re away.

They seemed to really understand cats, and asked some insightful questions I hadn’t even thought of. One of our cats has a medical condition that requires regular medicine, and they took it very seriously, and even offered to check in on her again for free during the day to confirm she was ok. They even found a way to get our more picky cat to eat when they were there (treats on the food!) The regular updates and cat photos were great, and really gave us peace of mind while we were on vacation.”

About: I grew up in a home where we always had many animals. Because of that, caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life, and I’ve spent many years helping take care of pets at home and for family and friends. I currently have a cat named Floyd, who I recently adopted. He is very affectionate, loving, gentle, and gets along very well with other animals. I currently work from home full-time during the weekdays, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability Monday through Friday. Being home throughout the day allows me to give pets consistent attention, care, companionship, and supervision. I enjoy incorporating pet care into my daily routine and making sure animals feel comfortable, active, and well cared for while their owners are away. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Although my home does not have a fenced yard, I always take pets outside on a leash and stay with them while they enjoy time outdoors. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks and giving them plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who has grown up with dogs in the family ever since I was born. Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and over the years I’ve also frequently pet-sat for friends and family members. I currently have two English Springer Spaniels who are brother and sister, so I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pets. I absolutely love staying active and spending time outdoors, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, long walks, playtime, and attention while in my care! Whether your pup is energetic and playful or prefers a slower-paced routine with lots of cuddles, I’m happy to tailor care to their individual personality and needs. Having dogs of my own has taught me how important consistency and routines are for pets. I will gladly follow any feeding schedules, medication instructions, crate routines, training expectations, or special requests to help your dog feel comfortable and at home. About: I've always had dogs growing up, as well as my extended family and friends. They've consistently been an important part of my life and I take pride in caring for them, and interacting with them more than people! I am currently working part time, so I have more free time to spend with not only my dog, but other families and friends that need assistance with their pets as well! I personally have a fenced in backyard that my dog uses, but I have experience in the past with dog-sitting for people without the luxury of a fenced in yard. I have worked with smaller lap dogs, but also large dogs as well that need confident dog sitters/walkers who can take them on longer walks and more challenging enrichment.

“So glad I had Ashley come check on my cats while I was away. They have some medical issues so I had to give very precise and complicated directions when it came to feeding them and giving meds. She was super understanding and was amazing with the cats. Gave them love, played with them, and was able to make sure they got the food and meds they needed while I was away. She sent lots of cute pictures and kept me updated after every visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I got with her! About: I’ve fostered and owned cats and dogs since I was little. I worked at a dog daycare where I manage dogs from every size and breed! I’ve worked there for two years and have lots of experience! I work as a dog daycare attendant and a kennel technician there. I go to school at the University of Delaware and am home for the summer! I currently work a job of about 25 hours a week and sometimes will be shadowing veterinarians. My work schedule is not the same every week, but I can adjust as needed. I am trained from my job in animal handling and how to handle health challenges. I cannot do medicine unless it is already packaged in the food provided.
