About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and truly love caring for them! I have hands-on experience with a variety of breeds, including Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Bernedoodles, and German Shepherds. I understand the unique personalities and needs of each dog of all ages and make it my mission to ensure they feel safe, happy, and loved while in my care. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, or just a cozy cuddle session, I treat every dog like my own. You can trust that your pup will be in warm, reliable, and capable hands! As a teacher, my schedule becomes much more flexible after June 17th when the school year ends. I babysit on Tuesdays, but aside from that, my days are open for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. I’m excited to dedicate more of my time this summer to spending quality time with pets and providing dependable, loving care whenever needed. I provide a safe, loving, and calm environment for all pets in my care. I have a fully fenced-in yard where dogs can safely play and stretch their legs, and there’s a beautiful park just a short walk away for fun walks and exercise. Whether in my home or yours, I follow your pet’s routine, provide plenty of affection and supervision, and make sure they feel secure. I also send regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing while you’re away.
“Thank you Gabriela! Charlie & Frank were well taken care of while we were away. We appreciate that we can count on you to show up and provide caring and attention :) . You have been so helpful”

“Kelly was great watching our cat over a long weekend. She was quick to communicate with, sent updates, and kept my cat happy and fed. She even did a "pre-visit" to meet my pet before we left. Would recommend and will book again!”

“This was our first time leaving our pets with a sitter and we were very nervous to say the least. Paul went above and beyond to make sure our kitties were well cared for and sent us lots of pictures. We will definitely book with Paul again the next time we go out of town.”

“Julia took great care of our dogs! We have an older Jack Russell and a younger deaf & anxious Jack. They are wonderful dogs but require a little more work. Julia was wonderful with both. She sent updates and pictures and we could tell the dogs were comfortable and at ease with her. Julia came over earlier for a meet and greet and was very friendly & kind. We highly recommend her!”

I have over 10 years of professional experience caring for other people’s pets. I previously worked as a Kennel Technician and Assistant Manager of an overnight boarding, daycare and grooming facility. I also served as a member of a professional dog walking team serving surrounding towns of central MA! My enthusiasm for nature and connection to our animals friends are gifts I can share with our community. Thank you for trusting me with your furry loved ones. Ready to give some extra love to your furry loved ones? Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to set up a meet and greet! I am currently available for morning, midday and evening drop-in/vacation care visits, or from 10am-3pm Tuesday-Thursday for dog walking/potty break & playtime visits! I hope to see you and your animal loved ones soon! I am truly grateful for you! :) After working in a pet boarding facility, I greatly appreciate getting to care for animals in their own home. It is much less stressful for the animals, and their pet parents. I have years of experience taking care of animals in their own home, and I value transparency, safety, trust and genuine care for the animals I care for.
About: I am a reliable dog sitter for friends and family. I owned 2 of my own dogs in the past, a boxer and cocker spaniel mix. I have a pretty flexible/varied schedule. Please send me a message and we can definitely work something out to fit the needs of your pet! Whichever directions or specifications you have for your pet I will always do my best to follow them! I do not offer home services at the moment.
“Ashley was very attentive and great in communicating and keeping us updated with the walks and check ins while we were away. They were well care for and left us at ease. The doggie report card and updates were very positive.”

“Not only do we have 2 elderly and medically needy cats, Liz also had to navigate a new cat member to our family from The Cat Distribution System only 6 weeks ago and is still mostly relinquished to the (temperature controlled and safe finished) basement. She sent great updates that were reassuring with behaviors as evidence. She also took sooo many cute pics for 2x daily cat updates 😍 I would book with Liz again.”

“Holly was great at watching over our two cats, we recently adopted a kitten who is shy but opened up to Holly so well! She was responsive, nice, and kept our kitties company while we were away!”

“Absolutely amazing. My dogs usually take a few visits for them to feel comfortable but within 10 minutes Luna was kissing her and within 30 minutes General was off leash and not paying any attention. He took treats from her no problem.”

About: I've had pets my whole life, from dogs and cats to rats and mice. I used to volunteer at my local shelter, and I've worked with dogs, cats, and small animals. If your pet has any special needs, medications, or other unique requirements, I am happy to work with you to accommodate them. The health, safety, and happiness of your pet is my primary concern, and I always keep an open line of communication between myself and my clients to ensure everyone's safety and peace of mind. I also understand that sometimes plans change, and am willing to work with you if our scheduled times become inconvenient. Ultimately, I want what's best for you and your pet. I have a full time, remote job from Monday - Friday. I am able to work from alternate locations, and have access to reliable transportation. I will always confirm any special accommodations or needs before beginning. Following owner instruction is the name of my game. You know your pet(s) better than I do, after all. I am respectful of your home and always clean up after myself/the animal(s), and maintain an open line of communication at all times. I will never lie or try to cover up a mistake I've made - I truly believe that honesty is the best policy and I take your trust in me very seriously.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats in my house since I was born and I’ve always been a part of walking, feeding, bathing, playing with, and giving meds to them. I have taken care of my dog who is elderly, has worn diapers and has experienced surgery and anesthetics. I really enjoy being around animals of all kinds! I only work about 1-3 hourly per day! I’m always around to hang out and play with pets. I always will have someone around the pets so they’ll never be alone. I know a lot of the behavioral signs of discomfort in animals, I always want the pets I’m working with to enjoy their time. I will always make sure a pet is in a safe and fitting environment for their needs. I have worked with pets who are sick, directly after surgery, and who need medication administered
“I can’t say enough about how much my boys loved Carley and how amazing she was with them. I’m not sure they even want me home!!! I can’t say enough… she treated my pups like they were her own!!!”

About: I've always had dogs growing up, as well as my extended family and friends. They've consistently been an important part of my life and I take pride in caring for them, and interacting with them more than people! I am currently working part time, so I have more free time to spend with not only my dog, but other families and friends that need assistance with their pets as well! I personally have a fenced in backyard that my dog uses, but I have experience in the past with dog-sitting for people without the luxury of a fenced in yard. I have worked with smaller lap dogs, but also large dogs as well that need confident dog sitters/walkers who can take them on longer walks and more challenging enrichment.
“Jackie has been so wonderful and helpful! Our new puppy needs a lot of face time, and having such a kind and attentive dog nanny keeps this nervous dog mommy from worrying on work days! She keeps our Dolly on schedule and reinforces good habits and training. I cannot recommend her enough!!”

About: I love all animals and have ample experience taking care of several different kinds and ages. I have taken care of fosters. I have taken care of newborns. My dog had a litter 5 puppies and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! I will treat your pets like they are my own. I am reliable and trustworthy. I love seeing animals happy. I will take the best care of your pet! My schedule is very flexible at this time. I will only be working part time at my current job after coming off of maternity leave. I live in a cozy condo in a woodsy area of Auburn. I do not have a backyard, but I have a great neighborhood for walking around. There are many other dogs in my neighborhood. I have plenty of space in my condo for the comfort of my cats and one additional pet to take care of. I have taken care of pets of all ages!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Millbury with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
