About: I have always had a love for dogs (and all animals really!). I have been training and caring for my own dogs for over 15 years of my life. I have experience with special needs dogs (my own dog is deaf and I have had a deaf/blind dog in the past), I love to offer basic puppy and obedience training, multi dog walks and hiking adventures! I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I use positive only methods and believe that all dogs deserve quality enrichment that lets them just be themselves. I currently work from home but my schedule is very open and flexible. I'm a great dog walker- I will take your dog for a lengthy walk, (or a slow stroll for my older clients) and I will provide him/her with attention, love, and affection. According to their needs, I can sit with your pet to offer comfort and companionship, or romp around on the floor or in the yard for exercise and stimulation. My visits can be tailored to your requests. I'm reliable, trustworthy, and committed. Your pet's health and safety come first. I will take pictures during my visits (or videos, if you'd like) so you know your pet is being cared for. After the walk, I will sit with him/her and offer my affection and attention. I will refresh their water bowl, feed them, (if requested) offer a treat, (if requested) brush them, play with them, or simply sit with them and be a calming presence in their day. It all depends on your pet's needs. I cater to their behavior and energy. If you have other pets in your home (gerbils, fish, turtles, bunnies, birds, etc) I would consider caring for them during your vacations. All to be discussed and negotiated, of course. About: I've been around cats my entire life and currently share my home with two cats, Oscar Wilde and Dorian Gray. Growing up, cats were always part of the family. One of my most memorable experiences was helping care for a mother cat and her seven kittens after we rescued them from my grandmother's farm. Since then, I've cared for many cats with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and needs. In addition to caring for cats, I've looked after dogs for friends and family, ranging from small Yorkiepoos to large German Shepherds. My experience includes walking dogs, providing daily care, staying in owners' homes for extended periods, and taking dogs on hikes and outdoor adventures to keep them active and engaged. I believe pets thrive with a balance of affection, play, consistency, and structure. Every pet has a unique personality, and I enjoy getting to know what makes each one special while ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. About: I grew up with two small dogs and have had dogs in my family my entire life. I sit my friends dog days at a time and care for her as I would my own. I also have a new puppy who keeps my very busy! My schedule is very scattered and never the same. If I can make it work I will! Sitting dogs does not only prove my love for dogs but also keeps me busy. I enjoy the walks just as much as the dogs :) I live a big quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks. I have a big yard that can be used for playing and running around. I will make sure your pet is walked, fed, played with, loved, and brought out to use the bathroom. I believe crates are important and could be used. Also bathing could be completed, as needed.
