About: I have had a few of my own cats growing up. Long & short haired. I also fostered a mother cat & her kittens who were a week old. She had 4 kittens. I have foster other cats too for a few months while living with a roommate. My two current cats have special needs. I have tried my best to administer medications for my cats but they both really hate it! Litter boxes don't bother me at all. My cats are very spoiled, and I give them a special breakfast every morning! I love to play with my cats. They love shoestrings and they will create a bed out of anything, especially cardboard boxes.

About: Hello! I’ve been caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure stalls with the addition of our open more homey areas. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.

About: I have been around animals ever since I was born, and started my first job petsitting in only 6th grade. I have worked with a variety of animals ranging from dogs and cats, to ducks, to chinchillas, to horses! About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I understand different dogs have different needs and I will cater to each pup as needed.
“My dog Simba spent his Thanksgiving with Gabriel. He is a male Golden Retriever, two and half years old. He needs a lot of exercise. He never lived anywhere before. I was very worried before leaving Simba with Gabriel. But he had a wonderful experience. He played a lot with other dogs, came home calm and relaxed. Gabriel has a good understanding of dogs and very confident. I am definitely coming back again.”
