Poppy had a trial overnight before our vacation, and she loved it so much that it put us at ease. And then the longer boarding went great too. I really appreciate how Kira and her family really treat the dogs like they are at home, rather than a kennel atmosphere. Marbles has a couple specialized needs that she easily accommodated (i.e., twice daily pill administration and avoidance of other dogs).
