“It’s difficult for me to find the words for this review. While we were away one of our dogs had a medical emergency. Because of Bill’s dedication, careful monitoring, and experience I was able to get home in time to say goodbye to my boy. Without Bill and his care for our fur babies I would not have made it home in time and my boy would have been in prolonged pain and stress. As well as sound decision making he then made sure our other dog was emotionally supported by spending an extended amount of time with her until we could get home. Bill remained in constant communication with us, our emergency contact, and the medical staff. His exceptional communication skills helped us orient ourselves to the seriousness and make informed decisions from an ocean away. He went well above and beyond his job description of being a dog sitter and was just an incredible person and support. Bill is the standard for pet care and is the best option for owners who deeply value their pets.”

I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a gentler pace. I've had pets since childhood; dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, lizards, bunnies, fish, ferrets, and turtles. Most of my pets are rescued. I'm a great dog walker- I will take your dog for a lengthy walk, (or a slow stroll for my older clients) and I will provide him/her with attention, love, and affection. According to their needs, I can sit with your pet to offer comfort and companionship, or romp around on the floor or in the yard for exercise and stimulation. My visits can be tailored to your requests. I'm reliable, trustworthy, and committed. Your pet's health and safety come first. I will take pictures during my visits (or videos, if you'd like) so you know your pet is being cared for. If you have a cat, I will bring toys for stimulating activity, or simply sit with him/her and offer a comforting presence. I also care for gerbils, hamsters, bunnies, birds, and turtles. “Lila was a great sitter for Minnie. My very anxious “baby” took to Lila very quickly and that is not her norm, so I felt very comfortable leaving them together. Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns.
