About: From social to skiddish, cuddly to aggressive, I really have a soft spot for any kitty I’ve gotten to know and taking care of them is second nature to me. Most recently, I’ve lived with a very sweet and very spicy cat Sasha, so patience has been key! For the past few years, I have taken care of an incredible golden retriever named Frieda in Southern Vermont. She is nearly 13— we go on twice-daily walks, I brush and trim her long fur, and I make sure she's comfortable around her two kitty relatives in the house. I will be happy to provide this care for your dogs as well, meeting them where they are at in terms of walking, socializing, and other kinds of care I can provide. I am new to Worcester and beginning a graduate school program at MCPHS. I have both remote and in-person classes, but will have ample time everyday to make room for cat care! I am extremely patient when it comes to pet care and I know that it may take time for your pets to warm up to me. I have a warm and gentle presence that will make your kitties and pups and other pets feel safe and comfortable. Much of my pet-sitting in past years has included house-sitting as well, so rest assured that your home is in good hands.

About: My name is Erin. I have loved animals from birth. I am a horseback riding instructor, I live on a farm with my two horses, my parents, and our dog Petey. I am a practicing natural horseman and dog trainer. I have a private in law apartment, a five acre back yard, a fenced in dog run. While watching your dog I will treat them like my own. A typical day at the farm starts at five AM when we feed and turn out the horses. Petey the puppy gets his breakfast and morning constitutional. I'll take Petey down to the barn with me while I muck the barn out and I let him loose in the fenced dog run behind the barn. After morning chores its training time for everyone! The horses get excercised, Petey does his drills, and everyone gets lunch! In the afternoon typically I"ll take Petey for a walk in the trails right down the street. Then around four PM the horses are turned in for the night and everyone gets dinner! While staying at my house, dogs will have the opportunity to go for hikes in peppercorn state park, interact with horses and other dogs (if you so choose), play fetch and run free in my fenced in dog run. I am not able to watch dogs who are not up to date on vaccinations, are not house broken, or are under eight months of age. Im working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends! Im available for drop ins, dog walking (or cat ;)) and house sitting services with frequent picture status updates. I love being outside and my last dog was 120lb Im comfortable with tiny to mighty! I’ll treat your animals like mine.. after owning a variety of animals most of my life I understand that communication, sticking to your pets routine and frequent updates are vital as well as being able to respond quickly in any issues. About: My love for animals started when I was little. I grew up helping take care of my own family dog. At the age of 18 I adopted my first dog and was solely responsible for her care. Growing up I learned how to take care of horses, equine medicine, rehabilitation, and overall animal body language. I’ve always had dogs of different breeds (huskies, Akita/Shephard mix, corgi, pit bull/cattle dog) so I am very familiar with different needs, energy levels, and breed characteristics. I’ve had various different animals such as cats and Guinea pigs and truly call myself an animal lover. I am fully capable of handling all different sizes and dogs in various stages of their training. I am capable of keeping up with a puppy or a senior who needs special care. I am your all around sitter. I am currently attending MCPHS full time for dental hygiene so I will be attending classes during the day. I am able to provide care before I leave for classes, and after during the afternoon or evening depending on the day. I am around full time on the weekends to provide undivided attention and during school breaks/holidays. I understand how important it is to follow detailed instructions, I am very conscientious of medical needs, taking proper care of your home as if it were my own, taking care of your dog as if it were my own, and always being responsible and diligent about what training and behavioral needs/weather sensitivities your dog may have.
