I will refresh their water bowl, feed them, (if requested) offer a treat, (if requested) brush them, play with them, or simply sit with them and be a calming presence in their day. It all depends on your pet's needs. I cater to their behavior and energy. If you have other pets in your home (gerbils, fish, turtles, bunnies, birds, etc) I would consider caring for them during your vacations. All to be discussed and negotiated, of course. About: When I had my two dogs I would watch them whenever I needed to and would provide the care that they needed. I love all dogs and will pet them whenever I get the chance.
