About: Hi I’m Julie! I absolutely adore dogs and would love to care for yours! I love all kinds, no preferences at all. I’ve cared for my owns dogs basically since I was born and have been dog sitting many different dogs for years. I believe it’s one of the best jobs because it doesn’t feel like work at all. I’m very patient and caring. I also love playing with any active dogs but also love just chilling with more inactive or senior dogs. I’ve got an excellent house and neighborhood to walk or host dogs, with a big yard with lots of running space. The neighborhood is safe and scenic with very little traffic. To work with you and your dogs would be such a pleasure!

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own. At times foster cats for a local cat rescue. My passion is caring for animals. I initially try to take the time for the pet to get to know me, once they are comfortable the I’ll take them for walks (unless otherwise told) and play with them. In the past I have slept on the main floor with older pets if they can’t do stairs. I try and make giving medications fun so hiding it in snacks or turning it into a game if I can. I try to make the pets time as stress free as possible while their parents are gone.

This means I have a very flexible schedule to help accomadate your needs and can do same day bookings. I firmly believe that a consistent routine for an animal is key to keeping them comfortable, especially if you are to leave. I would follow the owners daily routine to help keep your animals calmer. If they are crate trained I can put them in their crate, watch them in the yard, take them on walks, play with them, and cuddle at the end of the day. About: I've been around cats my entire life and currently share my home with two cats, Oscar Wilde and Dorian Gray. Growing up, cats were always part of the family. One of my most memorable experiences was helping care for a mother cat and her seven kittens after we rescued them from my grandmother's farm. In addition to caring for cats, I've looked after dogs for friends and family, ranging from small Yorkiepoos to large German Shepherds.
