About: I am very open in my schedule and absolutely love dogs. I have grown up with at least one dog in my home my whole life and now own my own black lab mix. To me, pets are family! I have been a nanny for many years and all of the families have also had dogs that I would take care of simultaneously. I also worked for a few families to care for their dogs in the past assisting with feedings, play time, and walks. I have some experience training using a clicker as I have trained my own dog and know of little tricks. Dogs brighten up my day and I love being around them whenever I can. I love all breeds and sizes of dogs as well as all other animals. I have been doing this full time for about a year and a half, and am excited to continue! I am always accepting new clients and am working on becoming a certified dog trainer. I am currently pet sitting full time, so my schedule is very open depending on my bookings. I have current dog walks mid-day Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and those are my only repeat clients weekly. I offer caring for pets in my client’s homes and always make sure to ask about fenced in yards, typical behaviors of the dog, any behaviors I need to watch out for for instance if a dog resource guards or is aggressive with other dogs or people, allergies, and any other precautions I need to be aware of to safely, effectively, and empathetically to take care of the animal. I also only do walks on sidewalks or non busy roads when possible.

“Pat came and walked Leia again on Saturday and Leia was happy to see her. Leia was a little anxious as she had been recovering from dental surgery and had been more restricted for a couple of weeks, but Pat was able to build Leia's confidence and convince her to go further when Leia was initially reluctant. Pat is very good and patient with Leia's little quirks and helped her go further and enjoy the opportunity to go further beyond our yard. Leia was calmer and content with her walk.”

I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. I have a yard for outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I use a secure runner/tie-out system and close supervision so dogs can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and time outside. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I am a substitute teacher, so during these months I have all the time for your furry friends whether it is for a week, two days, or just pop-ins for bathroom and play relief while you are working and doing other things. Want a vacation but all the boarding facilities need six months advanced booking? Give me a chance, and I'll make your animals my main priority and give more one on one care than a kennel could. From pets to walks to playing or snuggles- your pet's anxiety will be low as possible knowing they won't be alone all day. I'll even turn on soothing music for your dogs or turn on the Cat TV channel on YouTube before my department- nothing is too ridiculous when it comes to our pet's comfort. In a clients home, I aim to strive for total cleanliness and total satisfaction from your pets. I love to tire out any high energy pets and slow it down for older pets. After your pet is satisfied and happy and I have cleaned any litter boxes or outside business, then I will know I have done my job.

About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, and horses for as long as I remember. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for a few years. Any family pets we've had (cats, dogs, and horses) have lived all the way up to their senior years (and even passed the "intended age range" of their breed). I'm working full time from Wednesday to Saturday 1 pm to 11:30 pm. But I'm available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If it's just to walk your pet or drop in, I can come over before work. I can house sit starting Sunday, but can't stay until I have to go to work Wednesday. I absolutely love pets and will treat them like my own. I can't board or take them to my house. I'll keep them safe while in my care. I have always been an animal lover since I can remember. So their safe in my hands when I'm walking them, coming for a drop in, or house sitting. Due to my work schedule, I am available Wednesday through Thursday for walking, drop ins, and house/dog sitting. I can either spend part of my day or my whole day with your pet. I try to fit in as much time with my animals as I can. Taking my dog for a walk, groom my familys horses, and even cuddle with my cats. I can make some exceptions with house sitting and drop ins. HOUSE SITTING: I'll gladly accept! If i am in college as well, I'll bring my laptop to work on homework. DROP INS: I will come in before work to feed/walk them and I can come in after work for a check up. If your yard is fenced in, I will gladly sit outside with your pet. Maybe even take a book with me so your dog can stretch their legs, play for a little bit and get some fresh air for a while. I will treat your dogs and cats like their my own and give them as much care as I can along with play times.

About: I have mostly cared for my own dogs, my last dog was a senior pug whom I took very good care of and want to learn the needs of each individual dog At this time I am between jobs and have more availability pending when employment begins again. I hope to continue with Rover beyond that time. I would welcome dogs into my house that has a good size yard or care for them at your home, I love hiking with dogs and willing to take them to dog parks.

About: I have no fear of dogs. I love animals more than people Lol.They love you unconditionally. And don’t talk back. I am fearless. I have helped many friends with difficult dogs and cats. Retiree. I’ve been considering a part time job since I’ve retired. I’m active and love the outdoors. Taking walks. And I love when my dogs are so happy to see me. Love and care for them always. Schedule is very important. My love for animals . Safety always. I am always overly protective of my animals they are my family.

About: When I had my two dogs I would watch them whenever I needed to and would provide the care that they needed. I love all dogs and will pet them whenever I get the chance. If I can be around dogs/ cats I will be. I like to take my own dogs for walks and exercise/ do physical activity with them daily. A lot of my family members have dogs and I like to spend quality time with them and be with them when I have the chance. As an athlete myself I understand the importance of exercise if a dog needs to go for a run I am more than happy to take them for one so we both can enjoy our time together. I’m looking forward to hopefully spending time with some new furry friends! I am going to be on summer break and work at my job every other Saturday and Sunday from 3-7 as a definite schedule and weekly shifts can vary based on the week. Depending on if I have work or not my availability will be different. I have a fenced in yard and lots of experience with taking care of animals as I have had a variety of different pets. I know how important pets are to families, so I would never put one in harms way.
