I make sure there is nothing hazardous around that the animals could get into. Make sure i am keeping them inside if i open the door. Cleaning up after them.

Leia was a little anxious as she had been recovering from dental surgery and had been more restricted for a couple of weeks, but Pat was able to build Leia's confidence and convince her to go further when Leia was initially reluctant. Pat is very good and patient with Leia's little quirks and helped her go further and enjoy the opportunity to go further beyond our yard. Leia was calmer and content with her walk.”

About: I used to work at an endangered farm animals petting zoo and took care of the animals every day! I took care of all varieties including goats, sheep, cows, ponies and even emus and camels! I also had 5 dogs in my childhood - two labs, a border collie greyhound mix, a labradoodle and a beagle basset hound. I currently live with a lab and 3 labradoodles and love to take them on hikes and lounge in the sun with them! I am currently taking classes during the week from 8:30am-12:30pm so I have loads of time to take care of your furry friends! I can get walks in as early as you would like and can check in multiple times throughout the day. Having owned and taken care of many pets in my life I know how important they are to you and I will take care of them like they are my own! I love finding any new trails for hiking and walking near me, and love to get outside and let out some energy. I am a pet lover myself and love to run around, play and snuggle with my own pups.

About: I’ve had several pets all growing up, ranging from turtles, to birds, to dogs! I have had 5+ dogs that I’ve owned throughout my life! My friends and family go to me to walk/take care of their pets and/or give them advice about them. I am currently free during afternoons and evenings! I have open availability for all week days, and could potentially be available some weekends as well. I will walk your dog for however long you need me to. I have no problem with long walks and lots of exercise as I’m usually in the gym about 5 days a week, leading me to be pretty fit and diligent for things like that. I will make sure your pet uses the bathroom, gets all its energy out, and is happy!

About: I’m a very responsible and loving pet owner. Have rescued many pets and now have found myself with some free time and would love to help new pets and people! With notice, I am completely free on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. (Monday, Tuesday & Friday I can be available for a few hours in the am) I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to play and a kiddie pool to cool off in! I have three very friendly doggos myself but plenty of space so they can be kept separate if you desire.

About: I’ve cared for my own dogs since I was young. Responsible, patient, and attentive, I love connecting with dogs beyond the bare minimum, giving them real love and attention. I am a full time student, my classes end around noon time, the latest being 1:45 on Fridays. I have a part time job as well, but my work schedule is very flexible as I can pick the days I work in advance. My home is a safe and welcoming space for dogs. I have a large, fenced backyard where they can play and explore. I live with my parents, which just means even more love for the future pups! I have a small Chihuahua who mostly keeps to herself, but if any issues arise, there’s enough space in the house to separate them. If your dog needs a crate, I can accommodate for that too!

“Becca was amazing! This was the first time we left our big old dog home when traveling. He's getting older and, during our last trip, showed some separation anxiety when we would go out for the day. Between that and a longer drive than he's used to, we figured he would be happier at home with his Auntie taking care of him. Becca came everyday for a walk, making things easier on Auntie and giving our social guy more humans to interact with, lol. Becca sent great updates and photos all week! We could genuinely see them bonding as the week progressed. He went from dragging her back inside at the end of the walk because he was hot and lazy (lol) to getting pep in his step and prancing back in the house because he knew it was treat time, and from coming when she called to running to greet her when he heard her car pull in. About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life since I was a little tike. Started with a beagle that I couldn’t get enough of. When I became older i adopted a red nose pittie named boo-boo and a few months later another named Meika. They were my best buds. After their passing I got into providing over night stays for my fur nephew cooper and a family friend whom has four German Shepard’s two horses a cat and dog. I was loving it! Later on I got a job in the four legged field walking dogs, play groups and providing simple behavioral training/commands with positive redirection. I recently adopted a puppy named Orion who is three months old. I really have a passion for animals and enjoy what I do. My services provided are walks with basic commands/training during those walks. If your away I can stay! Boarding can be hard and stressful for your pet. I do over night care so your fur baby can stay in the comfort of their home.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover, and have owned dogs, birds, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters and mice. Currently I own 2 cats with my partner named Rebel and Scout. Growing up my family dogs have included lhasa apsos, dandie dinmont terriers, a german shepherd, and a golden lab. I have experience sitting all types of dogs so whether you have a small medium or large dog, i am comfortable with all sizes. I also was an American Kennel Club junior handler for five years and during that time I showed my lhasa apsos. I have assisted with 4 four litters of lhasa puppies and am experienced with house training, puppy training, care etc. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them and look forward to the opportunity to become a friend to your precious pets! :) I am currently a homemaker, and am fortunate to have some flexibility! Just let me know the times/days you need. M-F preferred weekends are negotiable! My preference is to take care of pets at clients home. It is difficult to have other animals inside with the cats however I do have a fenced in area in my yard I can offer for them to be in!
