About: We’ve always had pets at our house and cousins’ houses growing up, and as you’ve probably seen in my pictures, I always love being around animals! I’m starting a new position in a few months, and since I love animals, I thought that pet-sitting would be the perfect thing to do in the meantime! It is definitely important to make sure that the pets are taken outside often to go to the bathroom and move around with fresh air. It’s also important to read the body language of the pet- some pets need more exercise than others.

I work part time, which gives me a lot of time to do my favorite thing: pet sitting!!! I work part time and have a lot of time for my favorite hobby which is caring for these lovely creatures. About: My love for animals started when I was little. I grew up helping take care of my own family dog. At the age of 18 I adopted my first dog and was solely responsible for her care. I’ve always helped out family members and neighbors with their animals. I also worked at Davis Farmland which gives me experience with many different animals. About: I am very open in my schedule and absolutely love dogs. I have grown up with at least one dog in my home my whole life and now own my own black lab mix. To me, pets are family! I have been a nanny for many years and all of the families have also had dogs that I would take care of simultaneously. I also worked for a few families to care for their dogs in the past assisting with feedings, play time, and walks. I have some experience training using a clicker as I have trained my own dog and know of little tricks. Dogs brighten up my day and I love being around them whenever I can. I love all breeds and sizes of dogs as well as all other animals. I have been doing this full time for about a year and a half, and am excited to continue! I am always accepting new clients and am working on becoming a certified dog trainer. I am currently pet sitting full time, so my schedule is very open depending on my bookings. I have current dog walks mid-day Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and those are my only repeat clients weekly. I offer caring for pets in my client’s homes and always make sure to ask about fenced in yards, typical behaviors of the dog, any behaviors I need to watch out for for instance if a dog resource guards or is aggressive with other dogs or people, allergies, and any other precautions I need to be aware of to safely, effectively, and empathetically to take care of the animal. I also only do walks on sidewalks or non busy roads when possible.
