About: I am very open in my schedule and absolutely love dogs. I have grown up with at least one dog in my home my whole life and now own my own black lab mix. To me, pets are family! I have been a nanny for many years and all of the families have also had dogs that I would take care of simultaneously. I also worked for a few families to care for their dogs in the past assisting with feedings, play time, and walks. I have some experience training using a clicker as I have trained my own dog and know of little tricks. Dogs brighten up my day and I love being around them whenever I can. I love all breeds and sizes of dogs as well as all other animals. I have been doing this full time for about a year and a half, and am excited to continue! I am always accepting new clients and am working on becoming a certified dog trainer. I am currently pet sitting full time, so my schedule is very open depending on my bookings. I have current dog walks mid-day Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and those are my only repeat clients weekly. I offer caring for pets in my client’s homes and always make sure to ask about fenced in yards, typical behaviors of the dog, any behaviors I need to watch out for for instance if a dog resource guards or is aggressive with other dogs or people, allergies, and any other precautions I need to be aware of to safely, effectively, and empathetically to take care of the animal. I also only do walks on sidewalks or non busy roads when possible.

“Leia had a wonderful walk with Pat. Pat showed up promptly and checked in to make sure everything was okay before the walk. Pat walked her down the road and gave Leia some much needed exercise. Leia had met her previously a while back and took to her immediately again on the adventure of her walk exploring all the scents and sights along the way. It was a cold afternoon but Leia's favorite type of weather with dry ground and flurries in the air and it was fantastic to have the opportunity to get out on a Sunday afternoon after she had been alone all morning. Pat Tolerated Leia's little quirks of being anxious with new experiences and it all worked out beautifully. Leia and I are both looking forward to another walk for her in the future.”

About: I am happy to share my lifetime of pet care with your fur babies. Dogs and cats...these are my "people." Socializing, interacting, playing, and showering them with attention. I am a freelancer and I work from home so I can make my own schedule, which leaves me very flexible with my time and availability. “Becca was amazing! This was the first time we left our big old dog home when traveling. He's getting older and, during our last trip, showed some separation anxiety when we would go out for the day. Between that and a longer drive than he's used to, we figured he would be happier at home with his Auntie taking care of him. Becca came everyday for a walk, making things easier on Auntie and giving our social guy more humans to interact with, lol. Becca sent great updates and photos all week! We could genuinely see them bonding as the week progressed. He went from dragging her back inside at the end of the walk because he was hot and lazy (lol) to getting pep in his step and prancing back in the house because he knew it was treat time, and from coming when she called to running to greet her when he heard her car pull in. About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, and horses for as long as I remember. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for a few years. Any family pets we've had (cats, dogs, and horses) have lived all the way up to their senior years (and even passed the "intended age range" of their breed). I'm working full time from Wednesday to Saturday 1 pm to 11:30 pm. But I'm available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If it's just to walk your pet or drop in, I can come over before work. I can house sit starting Sunday, but can't stay until I have to go to work Wednesday. I absolutely love pets and will treat them like my own. I can't board or take them to my house. I'll keep them safe while in my care. I have always been an animal lover since I can remember. So their safe in my hands when I'm walking them, coming for a drop in, or house sitting. Due to my work schedule, I am available Wednesday through Thursday for walking, drop ins, and house/dog sitting. I can either spend part of my day or my whole day with your pet. I try to fit in as much time with my animals as I can. Taking my dog for a walk, groom my familys horses, and even cuddle with my cats. I can make some exceptions with house sitting and drop ins. HOUSE SITTING: I'll gladly accept! If i am in college as well, I'll bring my laptop to work on homework. DROP INS: I will come in before work to feed/walk them and I can come in after work for a check up. If your yard is fenced in, I will gladly sit outside with your pet. Maybe even take a book with me so your dog can stretch their legs, play for a little bit and get some fresh air for a while. I will treat your dogs and cats like their my own and give them as much care as I can along with play times.

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly treat them like family. I grew up in a home with four dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. Today I have a large Bernedoodle, so I’m confident handling bigger dogs as well as energetic pups who need exercise and structure. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship instead of being left alone for long stretches. My flexible routine also makes it easy for me to stick to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I’m able to provide attentive, consistent care and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. I have a friendly, social dog who enjoys having visitors and does well with other dogs, while always making sure introductions are done thoughtfully and safely. I have a yard for outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I use a secure runner/tie-out system and close supervision so dogs can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and time outside. I also keep dogs leashed on walks and anytime they are outdoors for added safety. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions. I treat every pet like my own—with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.

I am a substitute teacher, so during these months I have all the time for your furry friends whether it is for a week, two days, or just pop-ins for bathroom and play relief while you are working and doing other things. Want a vacation but all the boarding facilities need six months advanced booking? Give me a chance, and I'll make your animals my main priority and give more one on one care than a kennel could. From pets to walks to playing or snuggles- your pet's anxiety will be low as possible knowing they won't be alone all day. I'll even turn on soothing music for your dogs or turn on the Cat TV channel on YouTube before my department- nothing is too ridiculous when it comes to our pet's comfort. In a clients home, I aim to strive for total cleanliness and total satisfaction from your pets. I love to tire out any high energy pets and slow it down for older pets. After your pet is satisfied and happy and I have cleaned any litter boxes or outside business, then I will know I have done my job.

About: I have mostly cared for my own dogs, my last dog was a senior pug whom I took very good care of and want to learn the needs of each individual dog At this time I am between jobs and have more availability pending when employment begins again. I hope to continue with Rover beyond that time. I would welcome dogs into my house that has a good size yard or care for them at your home, I love hiking with dogs and willing to take them to dog parks.
