Dog Walkers in West Brookfield, MA

About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, and horses for as long as I remember. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for a few years. Any family pets we've had (cats, dogs, and horses) have lived all the way up to their senior years (and even passed the "intended age range" of their breed). I'm working full time from Wednesday to Saturday 1 pm to 11:30 pm. But I'm available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If it's just to walk your pet or drop in, I can come over before work. I can house sit starting Sunday, but can't stay until I have to go to work Wednesday. I absolutely love pets and will treat them like my own. I can't board or take them to my house. I'll keep them safe while in my care. I have always been an animal lover since I can remember. So their safe in my hands when I'm walking them, coming for a drop in, or house sitting. Due to my work schedule, I am available Wednesday through Thursday for walking, drop ins, and house/dog sitting. I can either spend part of my day or my whole day with your pet. I try to fit in as much time with my animals as I can. Taking my dog for a walk, groom my familys horses, and even cuddle with my cats. I can make some exceptions with house sitting and drop ins. HOUSE SITTING: I'll gladly accept! If i am in college as well, I'll bring my laptop to work on homework. DROP INS: I will come in before work to feed/walk them and I can come in after work for a check up. If your yard is fenced in, I will gladly sit outside with your pet. Maybe even take a book with me so your dog can stretch their legs, play for a little bit and get some fresh air for a while. I will treat your dogs and cats like their my own and give them as much care as I can along with play times.

“Becca was amazing! This was the first time we left our big old dog home when traveling. He's getting older and, during our last trip, showed some separation anxiety when we would go out for the day. Between that and a longer drive than he's used to, we figured he would be happier at home with his Auntie taking care of him. Becca came everyday for a walk, making things easier on Auntie and giving our social guy more humans to interact with, lol. Becca sent great updates and photos all week! We could genuinely see them bonding as the week progressed. He went from dragging her back inside at the end of the walk because he was hot and lazy (lol) to getting pep in his step and prancing back in the house because he knew it was treat time, and from coming when she called to running to greet her when he heard her car pull in. Today I have a large Bernedoodle, so I’m confident handling bigger dogs as well as energetic pups who need exercise and structure. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship instead of being left alone for long stretches. My flexible routine also makes it easy for me to stick to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I’m able to provide attentive, consistent care and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. I have a friendly, social dog who enjoys having visitors and does well with other dogs, while always making sure introductions are done thoughtfully and safely. I have a yard for outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I use a secure runner/tie-out system and close supervision so dogs can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and time outside. I also keep dogs leashed on walks and anytime they are outdoors for added safety. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions. About: I’ve cared for family and friends pets throughout my life, as well as my own pets. I’ve had to administer medications and follow specific protocols before. Your pet is my number one priority when I am pet sitting and I will keep you updated the whole time for your peace of mind! I’m currently working part time (only about 13 hours per week) as the school year has ended for the summer. I am only working about 8:30am to 12pm, 3-4 days per week, so I have tons of availability for your pet! I have a huge yard as well as a dog and cat to keep your pet company! I also can keep my pets separated if that’s better for you as well. I have a large crate if it is needed and a very pet safe home! If I am sitting in your home, I will follow all guidelines and make sure your pet receives the best care.

About: I am very open in my schedule and absolutely love dogs. I have grown up with at least one dog in my home my whole life and now own my own black lab mix. To me, pets are family! I have been a nanny for many years and all of the families have also had dogs that I would take care of simultaneously. I also worked for a few families to care for their dogs in the past assisting with feedings, play time, and walks. I have some experience training using a clicker as I have trained my own dog and know of little tricks. Dogs brighten up my day and I love being around them whenever I can. I love all breeds and sizes of dogs as well as all other animals. I have been doing this full time for about a year and a half, and am excited to continue! I am always accepting new clients and am working on becoming a certified dog trainer. I am currently pet sitting full time, so my schedule is very open depending on my bookings. I have current dog walks mid-day Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and those are my only repeat clients weekly. I offer caring for pets in my client’s homes and always make sure to ask about fenced in yards, typical behaviors of the dog, any behaviors I need to watch out for for instance if a dog resource guards or is aggressive with other dogs or people, allergies, and any other precautions I need to be aware of to safely, effectively, and empathetically to take care of the animal. I also only do walks on sidewalks or non busy roads when possible.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life since I was a little tike. Started with a beagle that I couldn’t get enough of. When I became older i adopted a red nose pittie named boo-boo and a few months later another named Meika. They were my best buds. After their passing I got into providing over night stays for my fur nephew cooper and a family friend whom has four German Shepard’s two horses a cat and dog. I was loving it! Later on I got a job in the four legged field walking dogs, play groups and providing simple behavioral training/commands with positive redirection. I recently adopted a puppy named Orion who is three months old. I really have a passion for animals and enjoy what I do. My services provided are walks with basic commands/training during those walks. If your away I can stay! Boarding can be hard and stressful for your pet. I do over night care so your fur baby can stay in the comfort of their home.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover, and have owned dogs, birds, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters and mice. Currently I own 2 cats with my partner named Rebel and Scout. Growing up my family dogs have included lhasa apsos, dandie dinmont terriers, a german shepherd, and a golden lab. I have experience sitting all types of dogs so whether you have a small medium or large dog, i am comfortable with all sizes. I also was an American Kennel Club junior handler for five years and during that time I showed my lhasa apsos. I have assisted with 4 four litters of lhasa puppies and am experienced with house training, puppy training, care etc. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them and look forward to the opportunity to become a friend to your precious pets! :) I am currently a homemaker, and am fortunate to have some flexibility! Just let me know the times/days you need. M-F preferred weekends are negotiable! My preference is to take care of pets at clients home. It is difficult to have other animals inside with the cats however I do have a fenced in area in my yard I can offer for them to be in!
