I have watched him raise 3 pups now and wow what a cool experience! We now have a Corgi pup who is very smart. It's so exciting to watch and learn how to train and a lot of the tricks of the trade. He is responsible and versed in all kinds of equipment, harnesses, etc. So if you need your dod walked, taken out, given playtime. Adams the man!”
10. Dorothy L.
“I've known Dorothy for at least 15 yrs now. When I first met her, she had rescued 2 greyhound race dogs and she loved them dearly. After they passed, she fostered a dog. But, all of her close friends knew that it was only a short time before she adopted Penelope and that's exactly what she did. She's a true animal lover and treats all creatures with love and kindness, while also having a good command of the animal while out walking. Any dog would be fortunate to have Mama Dorothy as their pet sitter and the dog owners can breathe a sigh of relief knowing their precious fur baby is in such capable and loving hands!”
11. Emma S.

If you are looking for a dog sitter that you and your dog(s) can trust, she is the one!”

14. Lila P.
“We currently have an almost 70lb pitbull mix named Dutchess. She is a sweetheart, snuggle dog. Unfortunately, due to the bad reputation of pitbulls, if Dutchess so much as barks at someone...they automatically fear her. Being a fearful dog herself, she becomes even more defensive. If you don't trust me, why should I even trust you? Lila, however, gave Dutchess a chance. Lila took the time to get to know the true Dutchess showing her compassion, patience, and most importantly trust. I truly appreciate Lila giving Dutchess a chance, something most do not give her the luxury of. Dutchess can also pull at times but with some bribery of treats, it seems Lila is able to manage well. You can tell Lila has a love for animals, you can hear it when she talks about her pets and the other animals she cares for. I would recommend Lila to any others who are in need of someone to take care of their beloved fuzzy, or possibly non fuzzy, family members.”

About: Growing up, I have always had dogs of my own and I currently have two golden retrievers. For years I have always been first in line for friends and family to care for their animals while they are away, I have also been working at a pet hotel for about two years now. My main responsibility during my shift is pet care (feeding, administering medication, cleaning messes, letting dogs out for potty breaks and having enrichment time). My experience over the years has led me to be around many types of dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and energy levels; all of which I love! Though I am not a professional dog trainer, I have trained all of my dogs myself, and provided some assistance to friends and family with their new pups as well! So if you have a puppy, or a hyper dog, no worries! I’m willing to help with some training during my time with them. If you have a senior dog that needs extra time or help moving around or getting up that is also not a concern at all. During my time working at the pet hotel, I have cared for a wide variety of dogs ranging anywhere from assisting 250 pound mastiffs from laying to standing, to guiding small chihuahuas that are blind so if you have any concerns with any extra needs your pet may have, just be sure to communicate that with me! My schedule can be a little bit crazy but that’s okay. I currently have availability on the weekends, Monday and Tuesday after 3 PM, Wednesday anytime before 3 PM, and all day Friday. If my offered times don’t fit your needs feel free to message me to see if I can work around it! For in-home services, I like to build trust through transparency with my clients about all things. Additionally, being attentive to someone’s home and surroundings is very important (locking doors, checking fence doors, accountability for keys etc.) Along with making sure your dog is good to go with everything they need when I’m leaving them after our time spent together!

18. Kage S.

19. Cara C.
About: I have owned and helped take care of pets since I was a child and have worked in the veterinary field for 5 years. I am proficient at giving oral and injectable medications. I am a born animal lover and will treat your pet as if they were my own. I do work full time, so would mostly be available weekends but can be flexible depending on the situation. My job provides me with skills that would be helpful in caring for older animals and animals with health conditions. Comfortable with both dogs and cats. I have 2 dogs of my own who are always happy to have playmates, but I also have ample space and can keep them separate if needed. Willing to come to your place or have your fur babies come to mine.

About: I'll care for your pet like it's my own, and will provide ample ear scritches and snuggles as needed while they miss you during your time away. Our dogs share the couch and family spaces with us, but are crate trained as well. We go for walks daily and have playtime in the yard every 2-3 hours during the day if the weather is appropriate. We have two dogs, and an elderly cat that keeps to himself. Our yard is about an acre on a quiet dead end road and we have an electric fence for our pups, but can of course use leashes and leads as well!
