Throughout my life, I've always had at least one dog, and I currently share my home with a wonderful pack of seven. Because I know how important a pet’s routine and comfort are, I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits, ensuring your dog gets my absolute, undivided attention in their own familiar neighborhood. I take pride in delivering the highest level of care and always put a dog's well-being first. My professional background includes working at a dog daycare as a behavioral coordinator, where I specialized in safely handling dogs with challenging or reactive behaviors. I'm also the go-to guy for most of my friends and family when they need a reliable pet sitter. Ensuring proper enrichment and care throughout the day for even the most energetic of dogs is my goal. I also partner with local rescues and sanctuaries to foster dogs, focusing heavily on senior and medically disabled pets. One of my dogs is actually paralyzed and another one was born with only 2 legs and they are some of the most fun dogs I've ever had. My specialized, hands-on skills include: Expressing paralyzed dogs Administering insulin injections Managing difficult, timid, or leash-reactive behaviors Animal CPR and First Aid (Certified since 2019) If your dog has special needs, lets chat! While my main focus is dogs, I also have extensive experience with guinea pigs, rats, mice, and lizards. I also love bugs, so if you have some wild exotics I'm happy to help with them as well! Whether your pet needs a slow and patient approach on their daily walk, specialized medical attention during a midday drop-in, or just a lot of love while you are at work, they are in safe, experienced hands with me. I have a flexible work schedule and can do drop-in visits or walks throughout the day. Most evenings I am also available past 4pm until about 10pm. I love playing around with dogs if that's what they need, but I also don't mind just hanging out with a senior dog while they relax and wonder the yard. I try to cater to the specific dog or dogs in my care. I have experience working at a dog daycare and ensuring dogs days safe, fun, and are full of enrichment are my top priorities. I take a caring approach to making sure dogs are comfortable. I do what I can to read behavioral cues and try my best to approach each dog based on their own boundaries. About: I have owned and helped take care of pets since I was a child and have worked in the veterinary field for 5 years. I am proficient at giving oral and injectable medications. I am a born animal lover and will treat your pet as if they were my own. I do work full time, so would mostly be available weekends but can be flexible depending on the situation. My job provides me with skills that would be helpful in caring for older animals and animals with health conditions. Comfortable with both dogs and cats. I have 2 dogs of my own who are always happy to have playmates, but I also have ample space and can keep them separate if needed. Willing to come to your place or have your fur babies come to mine.

About: My dog passed away at age 18 and my family decided that we are not going to get another one. Being able to care for other people's dogs will be a joy. I am not good about updating my calendar. Reach out if you need care for your pet and if I am available, I will be happy to help! I am currently semi-retired and working part-time with a lot of flexibility in days and hours. Dog walking or pop in care will work for me. I won't be able to do any frequent regular visits as my schedule changes weekly. I am used to walking dogs and having dogs that are crate trained. About: Hi! I’m Mia, a full time professional pet care provider with over five years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. Before starting my own pet care business, I spent five years working at a professional dog daycare and boarding facility, where I worked my way up to Assistant Manager. That experience gave me extensive hands on experience with everything from puppies and seniors to high energy dogs, shy or nervous pets, multi-pet households, and pets with individualized care needs. Today, pet care is my full time job. I love getting to know each pet individually and becoming someone they’re genuinely comfortable and excited to see. I take their routines seriously, pay attention to the little details, and tailor each visit to what that particular pet needs that day. Whether that means a good walk, backyard playtime, puppy care, a slower visit with a senior, or simply some company and attention, my goal is for your pet to feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for. And of course, you can expect plenty of photos and a detailed update after every visit! Pet care is my full time job, so my days are built around my clients! I primarily provide weekday dog walks and drop in visits, along with vacation care for dogs and cats and limited overnight care. Because I work professionally in pet care rather than fitting visits around another job, I’m able to maintain a consistent schedule while still giving each pet the time and attention they deserve. I currently care for a wonderful group of regular weekly clients throughout the Palmer and Wilbraham area, along with pets I see for occasional and vacation care. About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. I am used to recognizing and responding to their needs and treating them with the utmost care and affection. I have experience with walking my own dogs, one of which was a large dog and the other is small, so I know what to expect when walking a dog of any size. I also know to be very vigilant while on dog walks and to be cautious of other dogs, when I take my own dogs on walks I avoid any interaction between them and other dogs we may see on our route because you just never know the temperament of another persons dog. I am a college student currently on summer break so my schedule is very open, which means I have ample time to help your pups get their steps in! I am available Monday-Friday from 11am- 3pm to take your furry friends on walks. I will care for your fur baby like my own during our walks. I am extremely attentive and will keep your pup from eating random things on the ground, keep them away from cars and anything else that could pose as danger.

About: Hello! My name is Lisa and I look forward to meeting your furry friends! My own furry friends currently include 3 dogs, a goat, and a parakeet! I am a MPS Animal Science graduate from Cornell University who has an array of experiences with animals both large and small! I am confident in my ability to administer subcutaneous/intramuscular injections, administer oral medications, perform nail trims, etc. Please do not hesitate to reach out regarding care for your pet(s), as I am always looking forward to working with and meeting new clients and fur babies! Pet care is implemented into my everyday life! At my Monday through Friday full-time job, I am a laboratory technician who works with and is a caretaker for New Zealand White Rabbits. At home, I am a mom to a variety of animals both large and small! All pets are allowed on furniture and able to roam freely as they please! There is a plethora of toys to choose from to keep your pets busy and occupied. I have a small yard to allow for some outdoor play and potty time.

About: Hello! I am a veterinary technician of 16 years. I have my Master Trainers certificate for police and military k9s and I love all animals. I am currently working part-time as a surgical veterinary technician and shift lead. I have a very flexible schedule and open availability. I do not have many limitations when it comes to my schedule. I currently live in a nice and clean apartment complex. The complex has two large open grassy areas, and it is fenced in. I am accustomed to leash walking, gentle leader training, pinch collar training and harness training. I live close by to multiple dog parks, trails and my current place of employment. I have a very sweet and loving spayed female Vizsla who is now 8 years old. She is extremely dog friendly and plays wonderfully with others. I also have a spayed female 10 month mixed breed named Ginny, who is also very sweet, playful and friendly. If you are interested in overnight pet care at my home I do have two cats, both are great with dogs and also very friendly. I also have the ability to crate train overnight if needed. In addition I offer obedience training services.
