About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I understand different dogs have different needs and I will cater to each pup as needed.

“Katie went above and beyond in every aspect! She took care of my 2 kitties in my home for 2 weeks, coming over 2x a day, making sure they had all care provided plus plenty of playtime and cuddles. She responded to my booking request and messages quickly, did troubleshooting with Rover support on my behalf when I had issues with booking, sent great photos and detailed care summaries while I was away, offered to pick up necesities to make my return home easier...she even offered to drive over when my car needed a jump when I returned home to a dead battery in my car! I was very nervous leaving my kittens for 2 weeks, but she instantly made me feel at ease during our meet & greet: attentive, asked good questions, and she followed through with remembering all my verbal instructions when I forgot to leave behind a printed summary of care instructions. My kittens can have separation anxiety and haven't interacted with many new people--they instantly took to her (even the spicy one) and I loved seeing the many photos of her having a good time with them. About: I'll care for your pet like it's my own, and will provide ample ear scritches and snuggles as needed while they miss you during your time away. Our dogs share the couch and family spaces with us, but are crate trained as well. We go for walks daily and have playtime in the yard every 2-3 hours during the day if the weather is appropriate. We have two dogs, and an elderly cat that keeps to himself. Our yard is about an acre on a quiet dead end road and we have an electric fence for our pups, but can of course use leashes and leads as well!

I am currently working part-time as a surgical veterinary technician and shift lead. I have a very flexible schedule and open availability. Both my dogs have struggled with reactivity - but have had no issues with him.”

About: I have been thoroughly enamored by dogs most of my life, ever since my family got our first black Lab. I have experience working with puppies, seniors, and everything in between! I currently have a 1-year-old puppy and 2 cats at home, all of whom are front-and-center in my life. I am also a veterinary technician (nurse), so I am very comfortable giving medication and caring for pets who may be unwell. I can also perform basic veterinary first aid, though I do not know CPR. I am extremely dedicated to keeping pets happy and healthy. I love working with them and discovering their unique personalities and quirks. I look forward to getting to know your dog! I am currently a full time vet tech, but am available all day on Sunday and Monday, and also afternoons (after 2 pm) on Wednesday and Saturday. I have one very friendly large-breed dog, who is generally pretty chill around other dogs, but will sometimes play. In your home, I would respect any boundaries you set and maintain common courtesy. I also strive to leave everything as I found it.
About: I volunteer at a local animal rescue fostering dogs, and assisting around the kennel. I have four dogs of my own & a multitude of other animals. I grew up in a family that treats dogs as such, and have developed a love and passion for helping animals. I work remotely right now and would be able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate necessary dog walks/visits. Since I work remotely, while dog sitting I have plenty of time to spend with your dog while in my care. I am understanding of each dogs individual needs and happy to accommodate any requests made by a pets owner. I have four of my own dogs who are friendly and inviting.
About: I have had pets my whole life and have been trusted to care for them consistently. Having 2 of my own dogs and many reptiles/amphibians, my care for pets goes deeper than most. I am currently working on becoming credentialed as a NP so I am no longer working a full time job, making me free almost any day. I have a fenced in yard with 2 friendly dogs but am also available to come to your home as needed! I have a home of my own as well so I know the importance of keeping the home safe and clean for our little friends.

About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I understand different dogs have different needs and I will cater to each pup as needed.
