“Lila was a great sitter for Minnie. My very anxious “baby” took to Lila very quickly and that is not her norm, so I felt very comfortable leaving them together. Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns. “Liz has been my petsitter/housesitter on several occasions and I have felt completely comfortable and at ease having them stay with my dog, Molly. Molly is a senior gal who can have a hard time with new people and Liz won her over very easily - Molly is always excited when Liz comes over! Liz is very easy to communicate with, sends regular updates during their stay, and is one of the few people who I trust completely to watch my dog. Molly looks forward to her next sleepover with Liz!”

“We needed a sitter fast - it was Wednesday and the event was Saturday. And although we scheduled a meet and greet to happen in the afternoon on Thursday with another sitter, she didn't show up. I was bummed and decided to look on Friday morning. I was prepared to stay home from the family meeting, but I held out hope and I scrambled and searched Rover and found Allison. I'm so glad I did. She agreed to sit our two dogs right away and when we met Allison on Saturday morning, we knew she was a great fit. The dogs loved her and after sitting together for 1/2 hour, we left for our event. She sent great photos and when we got home, she was gracious and wonderful. She is calm and you can tell how much she loves animals. Our youngest dog can be twitchy and she cuddled with Allison which is both surprising and amazing. We'll definitely hire her again.”

“In college, I adopted two sibling kittens from an overcrowded shelter that Makayla and I volunteered at. Makayla was my roommate and we raised them together for four years. I was unable to care for both of them the entire time so Makayla graciously took one of them on over the summers. When we graduated we decided the best choice was for her to fully adopt one of them- and Makayla has been her cat mom ever since! It was an easy decision; Makayla is flexible, caring, attentive, responsible, and loves animals of all shapes and sizes. Makayla was my first choice to entrust the care of my animals and she should be yours too!”

About: I have a great deal of patience and have always taken my time building a bond and trust with dogs. My approach is gentle confidence, subtle love and attention. I’ve been able to get close and train simple commands to dogs whose owners thought were unteachable or “don’t like people”. I work a full time job Mon-Fri with some work-from-home flexibility. I also attend school part -time but have my most availability during the weekends. I’m flexible and open to working around schedules. Following and having a full understanding of a clients home rules go hand in hand with caring for their pets in the best way possible. Next would be understandable the do’s and dont’s for their pets. Once both of those are known, it becomes more comfortable taking care of their pet properly while respecting the clients rules.

“Donald took great care of Charlie while I had to go to work and even taught him to go down stairs most of the way. Charlie had a great day and we look forward to having Donald come a few more days.”

“Marissa house sat for me while I was out of the country. She stayed with my 19 year old cat who of course ended up getting sick while I was away. Marissa was amazing even with the significant time difference she communicated promptly and gave me updates. She got my girl to an emergency vet and nursed her back to health. She was very organized and sent a hand off email detailing the follow up care necessary when I returned. The house was also very clean when I returned. I am grateful Marissa was taking care of my girl and would gladly hire her again!”

“Stacy was very thorough in reviewing care instructions for my two pups and made sure to text me with updates throughout the weekend. She was very accommodating to one of my pups who is more nervous with strangers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again if I need dog care!”

About: I’ve been taking care and pet sitting for all kinds of animals since I was younger. Friends and family have relied on me to care and walk their pets and can trust that they are in good hands. Now I’m just continuing the journey and meeting new fur babies ready for care and love while their families are away. I am currently working full time as an eye doctor assistant. My hours are 8-4:30 Monday-Friday. I will be at the clients home in the morning before work and right after. I am also available all day Saturday and Sundays. I have 3 dogs of my own at home, one of which is not friendly with other dogs. This is why I only offer service in the clients home to ensure safety for everyone!
