She was really responsive before and during the stay - answering all of my messages really quickly; she was really patient when our plans changed at the last minute; and she sent lots of pictures while we were away. Our dog is a senior and has been having some health issues, including starting a new diet right before we went away. It was a comfort to go away knowing our dog was being well taken care of. Lila took her out often, gave her meds, and made sure she ate every meal. Our dog clearly liked Lila and felt comfortable around her. And the extra bonus was that Lila took good care of our house while we were away, she even took out our trash and did the dishes before she left. We'll definitely reach out to her again next time we need a dog walker or sitter.”

Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns.
