About: Hi, my name is Tessa, and I'm a passionate dog lover. I've been around dogs my whole life and have always had a special connection with them. As a dog sitter, my top priority is to provide a safe and loving environment for your pet while you're away. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your dog behind, which is why I strive to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both you and your dog. I’m happy to accommodate any special requests or needs your dog may have, whether it's administering medication, sticking to a strict feeding schedule, etc. I am currently available for boarding on most week days and weekends to give your dog all the attention they deserve. I take the safety of animals very seriously and have taken every step to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your dog including: - Secure fences and gates - non-toxic plants - Cleaning supplies and other chemicals safely locked away I own a social dog who loves to meet new friends and run around our big, fenced yard. If your dog prefers not to be around other dogs, we can separate them in another section of the house.

It's hard enough to be away from our loved ones without worrying that they're not getting the level of care you give them and they deserve. I've taken care of and owned cats my whole life with dogs stepping into the last half of my life. With 3 dogs of my own, including experience with a chronically ill pup, I'm used to catering to pets with special diets and regular medication. I deeply enjoyed the time I spent working in a veterinary and boarding clinic, getting to experience the joy of taking care of every pet's needs, whether that be overnight boarding, day boarding, health and wellness, or basic training. I have loved pet sitting for people close to me for the last 4 years and decided to take it further to be able to fully enjoy the love and company that pets bring every day. About: I have lifelong experience caring for a wide range of animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, lizards, turtles, hamsters, mice, and rats. Because of this, I’m comfortable adapting to different care routines, energy levels, and personalities — from active pets who need structured play and exercise to quieter animals who thrive with calm, consistent care. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of each pet’s individual needs, including feeding schedules, enrichment, and basic health monitoring. I’m also comfortable following specific care instructions to ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their own environment while their owners are away. I work from home with a very flexible schedule so I can make most any sitting/walking times work with my schedule. I volunteer to care for rescue cats every Sunday at Petco, usually around noon. I've been known to spend hours at a home when I am cat-sitting for friends to ensure their pet gets plenty of attention while they're away. I'm also a nail-trimming pro and would be happy to try (at least) trimming your cat's nails, if asked. I have had senior cats of my own that required medication, I've given pills, powders, eye drops, and injections before.

I have a 75 lb black lab mix and a 65 lb red heeler mix both of which are very strong. She took them both for a walk in stride and my neighbor told me she was so surely nice. For sure a good choice when you’re in a pinch and need to let your fur kids get some exercise.”

About: I have grown up with pets, mainly dogs, but one cat for bout about five years (RIP, Blue). I enjoy spending time around pets, they help relax me and I enjoy making sure they get exercise as well! As of now I have a flexible job that allows me to be available the majority of the day! I am flexible and amenable to what the pet needs! Our pet gets at least 1 walk a day, at LEAST one treat, and Car rides whenever she'll come with us! About: Ive grown up around a variety of animals my entire life, from your standard cats and dogs, to rabbits and chinchillas, to turtles and ducks! I have experience taking care of pets with specific medical needs and those who have limited mobility. Ive been watching over pets both for my family and for friends for 8 years and would love to be able to help take care of your furry (or not so furry) family members! I am a recent graduate from the University of Utah and am in the process of searching for a job, so Ive decided to spend this extra time devoted to both mine and other's pets! At my own home, I have two cats. One cat has chronic pancreatitis and often needs medicine to treat her symptoms, both in pill and liquid form. The other cat is an escape artist so I know how to walk into my home with extra caution to ensure they stay inside. Both cats can be playful, so we use laser pointers, furry mice toys, and worms on a stick to make sure they get their energy out, but we make sure not to use feathers or loose strings that could be harmful if ingested. We also have plenty of scratching posts available, as well as two cat trees for them to climb and scratch to their hearts content. In the case of discipline, my husband and I use a spray bottle of water to help discourage unwanted behaviors.

About: As a life-long pet owner, lover, and caretaker, I am well-equipped to take in your furry friends and passionate about giving them a warm, safe place to stay (and play). I’ve had pets since I was a child — some of my fondest memories involve wet kisses and long, sniff-filled walks around the neighborhood. In addition to providing my family pets with basic care and love, I’ve watched and cared for dogs in my community since I was a tween. Neighbors enlisted my help to walk, feed, and check in on their pets while away, and I happily obliged any time I could. I’ve also cared for my own pup (a Golden Retriever) since I was 18, allowing me to adapt and grow with my dog over many years, homes, and chapters of life. Additionally, I lived with an experienced dog trainer for nearly five years, learning about dog behavior, care, training, and safety. During this time, I interacted (at home and in training classes) with dozens of breeds each with unique temperaments. I’ve lived with multiple dogs at once, and have experience with reactive pups who need more space and patience than others. Long story long, I am but a person who loves animals, is passionate about pet care and wellness, and wants to keep your pets safe and sound while away from their human families :) I currently work from home as a freelance content creator and musician. Most of my time spent away from home is flexible and lasts (at most) 5 hours (with a few exceptions). I enjoy spending time with dogs, and try to be home as often as possible when watching pets to ensure they are comfortable and safe. I have a large, fenced yard with plenty of room to explore, sniff, and play! I have one 13 year old dog — a sweet, social, pet-friendly Golden Retriever — to keep your pup company. His name is Simba, he loves to say hi and will engage if your pup initiates, but is also very content to keep to himself and takes cues and warnings well. Simba is a free roaming dog and I am happy to keep your pup out and about while I'm home and able to supervise. I also live with a cat who keeps to herself and stays confined to a dog-free room. She will not interact with your pets during their stay. For your pup's safety and mine, I prefer they are crate trained. That way, I can ensure they are safe and comfortable while I'm out. I also utilize kennels as a quiet space for dogs to decompress and recharge separate from outside distractions. However, they will be offered plenty of time outside of their crates, both indoors and outdoors. Dogs are allowed on furniture and beds in my house. However, I can enforce any off-furniture rules to maintain their routine while away from home.

About: I’ve had pets in the home my whole life. I professionally work with dogs of all ages and sizes. experience in Feeding, playing, loving, medicating, I work part time, I usually start work at 2pm sometimes 12 but I am always off at 7 giving me plenty of time to spend the rest of the day with your dog. I wake up early during dog sitting days so that I can ensure your pet gets plenty of time with me. At my house I have 2 chihuahuas we have a doggy door for them to go outside and go potty, they are usually always inside getting love and attention, they free feed. The older one sleeps in bed the younger one chooses to sleep in the living room, im pretty sure she likes to keep a watch on the house at night.
