About: I’ve been looking after, training, and sitting dogs and cats for the past ten years. Family and friends have always reached out to me for taking care of their pet. I currently have an Akita Shepherd who is a very large and stubborn dog, which has helped me learn how to work with bigger dogs and taught me what works for different pets. My favorite thing to do is go mountain biking with both of my dogs. My work schedule is flexible as it’s from 7am-3pm or 3pm-8pm Mon-Fri and rotating weekends. Let me know what works best for you and your fur buddy! At my home I have 2 dogs whom are friendly with other dogs. I have a fenced patio where your fur friend can use 24/7 while I’m in the house. I can provide more potty breaks in the front yard if need be. I would go on walks 30 min - 1 hour. If feeling more adventurous with your consent, I’d teach and go on bike rides through the neighborhood as I do with my own dogs. Your fur friend would be allowed on my furniture unless the rules at your home is to not let them on, I would apply the same rule. I have a XL crate if need be. At your home I would follow any rules you have with them and I’d come up with a game plan with you about feeding, and outdoor activities.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I love them all. My recent experience (own dogs) has been with senior dogs. The seniors are so sweet, so loving, and just need me more. Puppies are so much fun, and so energetic! Love playing with them. And that puppy breath…one of my all time favorites! If you give me the opportunity to spend time with your fur baby, I’ll follow through. No doubts. If I have something come up, work issue, whatever, I have built in my backup plan. My retired police officer husband and home from the Marine Corps son, are always willing to help when needed. I am currently working full-time, however, covid blessed me with working from home 1/2-3/4ths of the time. I’m usually in the at-work office Monday and Wednesday mornings only, at the home office the rest of the time. When I’m not home, for a random reason in the evening, my husband or grown, college student son are home. Our single family home is fully fenced, has a doggie door to the backyard, which is always accessible. My own doggo’s enjoy cuddling on our bed to sleep, but we also have dog beds in every room of the house. So, depending on what you want for your fur-baby works for me.
