About: Senior care, puppy care. I can do both! Bonus, if your dog likes to run, so do I! Medications no problem, clipping nails, no problem. I work full time, so I’m available evenings, nights, and weekends. I can house sit certain nights, can do drop ins any day of the week. I have worked with a variety of species. About: I’m an LSU graduate living in Baton Rouge. I volunteered at an animal shelter in New Jersey for 6 years, and for 5 months at CAA in Baton Rouge. I have the animal’s and your best interest involved. I have patience with dogs that need it, but can reinforce behaviors that you’ve already implemented. Because of my full time job, my schedule may vary week to week. Walks, playing, and some grooming are all apart of the service. Large dogs don’t intimidate me since I have a Great Dane Pit mix back home. At the end of the day, my goal is to make the owner and the pet happy with the services provided to and for them every week. I currently travel for work, but am based out of Baron Rouge. I’m available sporadically, but I’m usually available for 1-2 weeks at a time. I currently have 2 cats, no dogs, but grew up with them. I would prefer to know if pets are to be crated, favorite spots in the house, etc. Your home is your pet’s safe space, so I want to make sure I’m not intruding

About: I have over a year of experience in animal daycare and/or kennel settings, and can quickly assess a pet's body language and accomodate for discomfort or unique needs. I have a part time job Monday through Wednesday, but I can make myself available with enough planning ahead, and usually have afternoons and evenings free. I need at least two day's notice for weekends. I follow client's intructions to the letter when caring for pets at their home. When needed (e.g. for brachycephalic dogs) I will ask for a safe harness or collar option to avoid restricted breathing.

Usually this consists of at least 3 walks per day, a visit to the park, and plenty of backyard time. I spend all day with the animals, leaving only for a personal errand or visit to the store. Each animal is analyzed carefully & fit into proper schedules according to their personality, levels of energy, and socialization. I provide a secure, fenced-in yard and individual kennels for each pet’s comfort and safety. Dogs start their day around 6:30–8:00 AM with a 10 to 30-minute walk, followed by supervised backyard playtime and snacks. Kennels are used only for rest and feeding—pets spend the majority of their day active, social, and engaged. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that includes frequent park trips, light obedience training, short backyard outings or bathing. My goal is to ensure every animal feels safe, loved, and enriched in a clean, well-maintained environment.
