About: I am a huge animal lover who grew up with many pets. I’m responsible and will make sure they receive the best care. I am well educated in knowing how to take care of pets including grooming, feeding, walking, bath time and and am prepared should an emergency arise. I will treat your loved one like I would my own. They will have plenty of love, attention, playtime and updated photos/videos to show you how their experience is. I have owned every type of dog, puppy, kittens, cats and a few reptiles. All were very happy. I have a fenced in backyard and plenty of room inside. At my house your pet will receive the best care. Available for July 4th after 9am I only accept one family at a time. Only says otherwise to show I'm available at that time this weekend. I work rotating eighty hour weeks in the education field. This gives me seven consecutive days free every other week to give your loved one a lengthy time of undiveded attention. Sit for one family per booking. I have a fenced in yard and spacy home to make pet comfortable while getting all the exercise they need. I am comfortable with giving baths and any most any other requests. Must be house trained

About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. I often send pictures or videos of pets to keep you updated and let you know your fur baby is safe and happy!

About: I love dogs, and have been around them since I was a baby. I’ve taken care of puppies, old dogs, big dogs, and all other kinds. Corgis are the greatest dog in the world, prove me wrong with yours. Currently in school at LSU graduating in December, and I am free to tend to your dog any time of day for you. I only have 1 class to schedule around so no issues there! Have a nice big yard completely fenced in, in a nice quiet neighborhood in the middle of BR. Welcome to kennel or let your dog roam free as needed.

She gave prompt updates and lots of pictures (which I LOVED) and I intend to use her for all my dog walking in the future.”

About: I have owned cats ever since I moved out on my own. I grew up with dogs, both big and small. Some of my best memories revolve around our enormous black Labrador retriever named dan. I also love small dogs and I am committed to the safety and well-being of all pets that are entrusted to me I work part-time as a college professor, so there are days where I am completely free. On the days I do work, they are typically less than 8 hours shifts. I live alone with one cat but I have a screened in porch and a fenced in backyard. I also live in a great neighborhood for walking dogs. I have a very friendly cat who likes other animals. I have a screened-in porch in a fenced-in yard. I take great care and ensuring that my home is safe for animals.

About: I am currently getting my PhD in Animal Science! Aside from study animals for a living, I have 5+ years of commercial care experience with small and large animals. Raised by a dog trainer and breeder for a mom, I grew up with many types of animals, including exotics like geckos and hamsters. I currently have two cats, Willow and Clover. I can’t wait to meet your pets! It is already a part of my daily routine to care for my own pets so I don’t mind a couple more! I work full time but my schedule is super flexible. About: I am currently a 2nd year veterinary student, but I have worked as a veterinary assistant an ER animal hospital but have worked previously at a general practice as well caring for pets in the medical environment I am available any day as I am on winter break from vet school. About: Before Rover 👵🏻 I would get recruited as a kid to watch my relatives’ pets while they were away. In college, I would house and pet sit for my boss and coworkers. I have two cats, but have a very soft spot for pups, too. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I’m available for walks during the day/ evening and for house sitting or check ins. About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I also previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.

I am also a dog mom to a 4 year old boxer mix named Bear! He is a wild, fun dog that requires lots of attention and exercise. I have experience working with domestic animals, exotic animals and livestock. I am able to administer any medications needed and have been trained to handle animals properly and carefully. I offer petsitting, dog walking, pet bathing, or pet transport. I am able to work every day of the week, visiting your pet at any time. I also have the ability to host your pet at my house. I have experience working with geriatric pets, post surgical needs and special needs animals. I can provide daily exercise and supportive care with the most attentive care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. You can enjoy your time away, knowing your pet is in good hands. I currently work from home, so I am available to play with your pet at any time of day! I am completely open on the weekends. I have two dogs, one of which will lay around 24/7, while the other is sweet, playful, energetic and always looking for friends to play with! If needed, I can kennel your pet or give them the spare room if they need a quiet place to relax alone. If caring for your pet in your house, you can be assured that I will be thorough in providing them with some TLC while you’re away! I love learning about the little quirks that pets can have and will be attentive and detailed in my care for them to make sure they always feel at ease.
