About: I am an experienced pet sitter providing dependable care, feeding, exercise, companionship, and stability to pets needing some extra care while their owner is away. I am dedicated to ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I work a very flexible job, so I am able to come to your pets at any time and enjoy spending time with them during the day! If a pet is in my home, I try to make them as comfortable as possible in a new environment. That includes a possible test visit (if wanted), and consistent updates to pet owners. If in a client home, I stick to the routine provided and ensure that the pets are safe and well cared for, and check in with pet owners consistently.

About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I also previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.

About: Before Rover 👵🏻 I would get recruited as a kid to watch my relatives’ pets while they were away. In college, I would house and pet sit for my boss and coworkers. I have two cats, but have a very soft spot for pups, too. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I’m available for walks during the day/ evening and for house sitting or check ins. I will treat your baby like they’re my own! I know they get sad when you’re away, so I am available for extra love and keeping things as normal as possible.

About: I have had the privilege of growing up surrounded by animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to cows and beyond. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and that love and care extends to the pets I look after. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your beloved pet, and I’m here to offer a safe, loving, and attentive environment for them while you’re away. I currently have a dog who holds a very special place in my heart. He has some special needs, so I’m continually learning new ways to ensure he receives the best possible care. I’m comfortable administering medication and adjusting care routines to meet the specific needs of each pet, whether they’re young and active, senior and slow, or have unique health considerations. I work full-time Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. On weekends, I’m usually fully available, and I can also meet in the evenings and mornings before work. When caring for pets in your home, I focus on providing a comfortable, safe, and consistent environment for your pets. I do this by following routines and maintaining a familiar space.

About: I guess I would say what sets me apart from others is my attitude. I have a wonderful and positive attitude, especially around the animals and have taken care of quite a few different species of animals as well as helped to rescue some after storms and hurricanes. I am interested in this line of work because of My Love for animals, and just how crazy this world has gotten. I would much rather be with our furry friends than at/on any shop or work experience type environment. Currently, I do not work full-time. I’m looking to make this a full-time job/re-occurence, so that I can take care of, or look after your animal whenever is convenient for you. At my current home, I have a pretty large size fenced in backyard all the way around, and no holes/ways for any dogs to be able to get out. I also have a doggie door built in for animals to go through when it’s open (dogs, and cats that are able to use it). It is an extra large wide doggie door because I had a yellow lab and she was not small, so I’d gotten the biggest one that they had at the time, and installed it which is a plus for animals who can’t hold it, they can run outside to the backyard and use whenever they need to, which is a great perk. I do have one female cat currently (8 years old) and she is dog friendly. She has been through two separate dogs in the past, one being a German Shepherd, the other a yellow lab and now I have a 9 month ole adopted/rescue dog named Lumi. She is part Dalmatian, and part terrier mix. I promise if she (the cat) was able to withstand both of those two dogs always wanting to play with her and nudging her, then I’m pretty sure she can tolerate any dog. She is, and has been a great cat. Also at my house, I have a covered with blanket/sheet ottoman/foot rest that I allow the dog and cat to climb in and sleep on that your animal is welcome to use. Dogs and cats both can bring so much comfort and joy in a time of need, and for me that’s what it was at first, but now I just enjoy their company, cute faces, being able to talk to them, and give them love. I love to take care of them and treat them as any animal should be treated, the correct way. I will treat your animal with as much love and attention as I do my very own, and look forward to meeting both human and animal!!!

About: Hello, my name is Ashley. I'm from Ohio and have been in Baton Rouge for the past 9 years. I've had dogs and other pets ever since I was born and have yet to meet a dog that I don't like. Recently, we bought our own home with a large yard. Its completely fenced in and in a nice neighborhood. My mini labradoodle, Peppa, loves its and goes out nearly every hour even if it's just to play. I am a stay at home mom of 5 children. They all love animals and have been taught how to behave around them. I require that any fur baby that I take in, have been around and did ok with a "human baby". Your pet will not be alone with my children, as a precaution, but its still important. I guarantee that I will treat any fur baby in my care as if it were my own. About: I have owned dogs my whole life, mostly labs but have experience with other dog types as well. All dogs have a special place in my heart. I like to make your pet feel as if my home is their home as well. Any time your dog stays with me they will be treated just as I treat my own dog, with love, care, and compassion. I enjoy going on walks and would happy to take your dog on a neighborhood walk with me. I am happy to accommodate any other special requests you may have for your dogs visit. We have a dog park close by that I enjoy going to as well. Whether you are going out of town for a night or a week, I’d be happy to care for your pet My husband and I work Monday through Friday but have weekends and nights off. So your animal should be able to be alone for 8 hours. But on weekends and nights we enjoy going for walks or out to the dog park to exercise and play I have a fenced yard but dont leave animals outside by themselves. I will treat your dog just as I treat my own. I have a crate if your animal needs one it feels safer being in one.

About: Hey, it’s Katie, I’ve been taking care of animals since I was born! I’ve professionally dog and cat sat since 2018. The first dog I ever boarded was an elderly blind dog named Daisy. She sparked my love for taking care of other’s animals, it meant so much to me to see Daisy happy and excited to see me come home, even if her human had to go out of town! I have two dogs, two cats, and two birds currently! I have experience caring for puppies, elderly dogs, special needs dogs, and giving daily medications. Munchkin, my forty pound American Foxhound, hates the rain, has separation anxiety, and has epilepsy so he’s medicated daily. I am a full time student with mostly online classes. About: I am a huge animal lover who grew up with many pets. I’m responsible and will make sure they receive the best care. I am well educated in knowing how to take care of pets including grooming, feeding, walking, bath time and and am prepared should an emergency arise. I will treat your loved one like I would my own. They will have plenty of love, attention, playtime and updated photos/videos to show you how their experience is. I have owned every type of dog, puppy, kittens, cats and a few reptiles. All were very happy. I have a fenced in backyard and plenty of room inside. At my house your pet will receive the best care. Available for July 4th after 9am I only accept one family at a time. Only says otherwise to show I'm available at that time this weekend. I work rotating eighty hour weeks in the education field. This gives me seven consecutive days free every other week to give your loved one a lengthy time of undiveded attention. Sit for one family per booking. I have a fenced in yard and spacy home to make pet comfortable while getting all the exercise they need. I am comfortable with giving baths and any most any other requests. Must be house trained

I am currently employed at VCA All Pets, a vet clinic located on Perkins Rowe, and have been for almost a year now. I have plenty professional experience taking care of animals in boarding and treatment and can provide the best care for your pet. I have grown up with several pets my entire life, so I am more than prepared! I’ve also owned reptiles in the past and taken care of them in boarding at the vet clinic, so I am also comfortable and experienced in providing care for reptiles if you have any! About: I have my own fur baby, Makai who is a two year old Corgi! I LOVE dogs but don't think adding to my fur family right now is the best option since I am about to start a new job at a local high school! I don't start this job until August so my summer is nice and free!! I have dog sat in the past, and take my dog on a mile walk daily, as well as keep myself in the gym 5 days a week! I am excited to meet your fur babies!! I currently am free all day every day! In June and July I will be working 8am-12pm, but that is the only time conflict I will have!
