About: Pets are more than just animals. They are part of our families and deserv to be spoiled and loved since they are only with us for a short time. I do transports for rescues as often as possible to help as many as possible to find loving homes. I currently have two dogs and between jobs so my availabilty is pretty open. I can't do overnight/house sit because of my two boys, but can check in and visit anytime. I'm available for walks and house visits, but can't do overnights. I can check or visit at any time though. I treat all animals as good, if not better than my own. I appreciate their various personalites and quirks. One of mine is reactive towards mainly men and other dogs, so I understand some need special attention that others may not. They are all unique individuals.

Usually this consists of at least 3 walks per day, a visit to the park, and plenty of backyard time. I spend all day with the animals, leaving only for a personal errand or visit to the store. Each animal is analyzed carefully & fit into proper schedules according to their personality, levels of energy, and socialization. I provide a secure, fenced-in yard and individual kennels for each pet’s comfort and safety. Dogs start their day around 6:30–8:00 AM with a 10 to 30-minute walk, followed by supervised backyard playtime and snacks. Kennels are used only for rest and feeding—pets spend the majority of their day active, social, and engaged. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that includes frequent park trips, light obedience training, short backyard outings or bathing. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of multiple ages and sizes. I follow schedules to a tee, feeding amounts, treat allowance, etc. I even have a friend on call who works in a veterinary office if ever needed. I currently work full-time Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm. I don’t work weekends unless necessary, but not often. I would let you know ahead of time or not accept on those weekends. I usually spend my free time doing school. I will follow your schedule to exactly how you wish it be done. About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. I update my colander regularly, but sometimes things come up, just message me! I am easygoing and easy to communicate with. I have a fenced little yard and I enjoy walking around my gated neighborhood, so I will do so with your pet. I follow instructions well, I am aware each pet is different and have their own personality. I’m slow and a quick learner, since I have handled hundreds different dogs for a handful of years. If I am ever confused on an instruction my first instinct is to contact you to make sure and not just “assume”.

About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. I often send pictures or videos of pets to keep you updated and let you know your fur baby is safe and happy!

About: I have owned and lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I have 3 fur babies who are spoiled and well-loved, Mylo the Siberian Husky (2 years old), Lily the sweet mix breed rescue (6 years old), and Baxter the Dachshund Beagle rescue (7 years old) and 1 fur nephew, Rufus the Corgi (3 years old) who frequently stays with his cousins and auntie to play. We love the dog park, long walks (Mylo especially), and couch snuggles/naps. They enjoy chasing each other in the backyard and to birdwatch/neighborhood watch from the living room windows. I am available for walks, drop ins, and boarding any day of the week or weekend. I can come to you! I have a fenced yard and 3 fur babies who are dog friendly and love to play! I am happy to use crates if that is preferred. While I don’t mind your dog staying here with us, I am also able to come to your dog in your home if that is more comfortable.
