About: Hey, it’s Katie, I’ve been taking care of animals since I was born! I’ve professionally dog and cat sat since 2018. The first dog I ever boarded was an elderly blind dog named Daisy. She sparked my love for taking care of other’s animals, it meant so much to me to see Daisy happy and excited to see me come home, even if her human had to go out of town! I have two dogs, two cats, and two birds currently! I have experience caring for puppies, elderly dogs, special needs dogs, and giving daily medications. Munchkin, my forty pound American Foxhound, hates the rain, has separation anxiety, and has epilepsy so he’s medicated daily. I am a full time student with mostly online classes. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
