About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own dogs and my neighbors’ dogs for many years, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. Usually this consists of at least 3 walks per day, a visit to the park, and plenty of backyard time. I spend all day with the animals, leaving only for a personal errand or visit to the store. Each animal is analyzed carefully & fit into proper schedules according to their personality, levels of energy, and socialization. I provide a secure, fenced-in yard and individual kennels for each pet’s comfort and safety. Dogs start their day around 6:30–8:00 AM with a 10 to 30-minute walk, followed by supervised backyard playtime and snacks. Kennels are used only for rest and feeding—pets spend the majority of their day active, social, and engaged. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that includes frequent park trips, light obedience training, short backyard outings or bathing. My goal is to ensure every animal feels safe, loved, and enriched in a clean, well-maintained environment.

I have had pets since I can remember. My first pet was a jet black cat resembling the color of a raven. I learned and practiced numerous pet care tactics which allowed my cat to live a very fruitful life to 20 years old. About: 📢 bird & exotic pet owners!!! Hey I’m Jess! 👋🏼 I am a full time veterinary 🩺 student with over 10 years of veterinary and pet care related experience. The last 4 years I have worked primarily with exotic animals and all kinds of birds, and I am very comfortable with husbandry, handling, feeding, and medicating. I currently have 3 cats of my own, but I’ve always had a dog in my life up until my chihuahua passed away a couple of years ago. As any dog lover knows, a loss like that is devastating, and it has been hard for me to get another dog. Until then, I have been enjoying spending time with other people’s dogs! I can do dog walking, drop in visits, pet/house sitting (though I am unable to stay overnight), and even specialized care for your exotic animals if need be! Favorite dog: spicy 🌶️ chihuahuas Favorite exotic: Guinea pigs 🐽 Favorite 🦜 bird: cockatiels Full time veterinary student and that usually means I’m in class from 8am-3/4pm with studying all evening. If you have a lazy pet or an inside only creature that wants some company in the evenings, I’m your gal! My ability to provide mid day walks in addition to evening walks or play times are limited to my schedule. I am unable to provide services at my home because I rent. I will of course ensure that your house stays tidy and clean while caring for your pet!

About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. I update my colander regularly, but sometimes things come up, just message me! I am easygoing and easy to communicate with. I have a fenced little yard and I enjoy walking around my gated neighborhood, so I will do so with your pet. I follow instructions well, I am aware each pet is different and have their own personality. I’m slow and a quick learner, since I have handled hundreds different dogs for a handful of years. About: I have owned dogs my whole life! Nothing gives me more joy than loving on our furry friends! They truly are man’s best friend and especially mine! My husband works from home and I am fully devoted to caring for our pups and yours! We are true dog lovers and will spend our days loving on your fur babies as if they were (and along with) our own! We have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur babies company. However, we can crate your pups or ours if needed as well. Our dogs love to play but if yours don’t, we can accommodate to keep them safe.

About: I've been around animals of all kinds since I was young. I even lived on a farm at one point in time working with animals ranging from rabbits to cattle. I've done volunteer work at shelters and taken care of dogs and cats belonging to friends and family. I also have my own pup, Pace, who I've taken care of for over 9 years. I love all animals, especially dogs, and have experience with walking, feeding and taking care of many breeds of all sizes. I am a full time college student, however my afternoons are almost completely free during the week. Boarding or overnight sitting throughout the week is off the table, however I will be as flexible as possible to accommodate drop ins, walks and sitting during the day. While I don't have my own place at the moment, I have experience with dogs in almost any home environment. I have no problem with structuring and handling feeding, walks or playtime. I might even enjoy it more than they will.

About: I have three huskies at home. Taking care of them requires a lot of attention, energy, and patience. (Heavy on the patience LOL) My boyfriend also has a boxer, so I have plenty of experience walking, feeding, and playing with large energetic dogs. If specific rules or instructions are placed ( ex: certain ways to feed your dog or cat) the. I follow them to a tee. Before letting dogs out I always look to see if there are any wild animals before letting them out. (One of my huskies brought me an opossum. Was not fun🙈) Small actions like these provide safety and protection for our fur babies.
