About: I have had and taken care of pets of all kinds (but especially dogs) since I was very young! I’ve had experience with puppies, young dogs, and older dogs, male and female. Even now I help take care of relative’s dogs and I love it. I feed, watch, walk, and make sure they’re happy! I stay in good shape and walk / workout every day, so I am able to handle larger breeds if needed! I live near LSU lakes which is a great place for walking, I usually go around the lakes when I go for walks, so I am familiar with the area well. It’s a great experience for people and pets! I’m pretty flexible and usually available for any activities! I am going to be taking 2 online classes this summer which requires me to be home, it works out well to watch some sweet pups! I do not have any dogs or cats within my home currently. Any pet works just fine to be inside or outside! The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all fairly large open spaces and connected together.
About: I’ve been caring for animals from a very young age, growing up on a farm where tending to a wide variety of animals was part of my everyday life. About: I've owned pets my entire life. I have personal experience caring for a range of dogs from Mastiffs to chihuahuas. I also own 3 cats. About: As someone who has worked with a variety of domesticated felines, I’ve learned that the last thing a cat wants is a sitter. Lol. Most just want someone who can scoop their box and open their can of food. I’m a professional in that area. I’m also good at reading kitty behavioral cues. I can usually tell if a feline is going to be my friend or not. I know when to give them their space. I’ve watched kitties who are social and some that are shy. I’m pretty good with a laser and always enjoy playing with or sitting with a sweet cat or cats. I can also prepare special diets and give insulin shots. The Kitties always train me well!

“My experience with Robin was exceptional. I have used another sitter through Rover before and the experience was okay, but I noticed my puppy would come home very riled up and needing to immediately decompress. It often felt like I had to calm him down and get him back to his normal baseline. With Robin, the experience was completely different. When I picked him up, he was calm, relaxed, and acting exactly like he does at home. Even during the ride back, he settled into his crate and rested. That told me he was comfortable and well cared for during his stay. I was also a little nervous about having him around other dogs since he hasn’t spent a lot of time with other puppies. Robin was incredibly patient and reassuring. She allowed me to observe and helped me feel confident that he would be just fine, and he truly was. Another thing that stood out was how much my puppy liked her right away. As soon as he got out of the car, he was excited and curious about going inside, which meant a lot to me. I’m so glad I found Robin and truly look forward to working with her again. It’s clear my puppy felt safe and comfortable in her care.”

About: Animals have always been the biggest aspect of my life! I’ve had a multitude of different types between the normal dog and cats to bigger animals like horses, cows, etc. I have so much love for them and I love to promote safe care in a world where it is hard to trust. I am my friends/coworkers/family go to for any pet care as well. I wake up about an hour before I leave and take care of my animals in the morning by feeding and letting them out for a while so they can run. I go to work and come home at around 12/1pm to let them out. I do kennel my dogs for their own safety and my peace of mind. I give her plenty of time outside of it when I am home. My partner gets home around 3 so he will let them out and run with them before I get home around 4:30. Once I make it home, I will cook dinner and play outside with them for bonding. I make sure to abide by the clients preferences. Their animals are under my care and I will do my best to insure a comfortable and safe environment. I treat them as my own in the way of love but will always be respectful of the boundaries.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 5 years old, and I also have a dog of my own (Millie:)) and my Shih Tzu baby Rico I’ve helped cared for back home. I give the same care , love , patience and attentiveness to every dog ! I raised both of my babies from when they were puppies prior to getting my girls, I had a dog for 13 1/2 years who died of cancer in April. So I also have experience caring for senior and sick dogs. I have 3 fur babies who are spoiled and well-loved, Mylo the Siberian Husky (2 years old), Lily the sweet mix breed rescue (6 years old), and Baxter the Dachshund Beagle rescue (7 years old) and 1 fur nephew, Rufus the Corgi (3 years old) who frequently stays with his cousins and auntie to play. About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I also previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. I’m the type of person who worries about whether they’re bored, if they’re eating enough, if they’re lonely, or if they think you abandoned them. Because of that, I’ve always been really attentive when caring for other people’s pets too. I’ve pet sat for friends many times while they were on vacation or out of town, and I try to make their pets feel as comfortable and loved as possible while their owners are away. Whether that’s sticking to their normal routine, giving them attention and playtime, or just spending extra time with them so they aren’t alone all day, I genuinely enjoy it. I know pets are family to people because mine definitely is to me. Right now my schedule is pretty flexible since I just finished my master’s degree and am going to medical school school in August. That actually makes it really easy for me to fit pet care in consistently. I’m able to plan my day around the pets I’m caring for instead of trying to squeeze it in. About: I am currently a 2nd year veterinary student, but I have worked as a veterinary assistant an ER animal hospital but have worked previously at a general practice as well caring for pets in the medical environment I am available any day as I am on winter break from vet school. About: I have had and taken care of pets of all kinds (but especially dogs) since I was very young! I’ve had experience with puppies, young dogs, and older dogs, male and female. Even now I help take care of relative’s dogs and I love it. I feed, watch, walk, and make sure they’re happy! I live near LSU lakes which is a great place for walking, I usually go around the lakes when I go for walks, so I am familiar with the area well. It’s a great experience for people and pets! I’m pretty flexible and usually available for any activities! I am going to be taking 2 online classes this summer which requires me to be home, it works out well to watch some sweet pups! I do not have any dogs or cats within my home currently. Any pet works just fine to be inside or outside!
