About: What sets me apart is my patience, attentiveness, and natural caregiving personality. As a future nurse currently studying at Southeastern, I’m very detail-oriented and comfortable following specific routines while paying close attention to any changes in behavior. I’m especially gentle with young pets who are still learning and need consistency. I also have a senior dog of my own, so I understand the extra patience, comfort, and attentiveness older pets need. Whether your pet is energetic or needs a slower pace, I will care for them like they’re my own. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I’m currently enrolled part-time at Southeastern University, which gives me a flexible schedule and availability throughout the week. I’m free everyday after 1pm, Wednesday I have class from 6-7pm but I am free before that time. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, walk times, and any specific care instructions provided. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while also monitoring their behavior to ensure they’re feeling well. In a client’s home, I respect the space, keep things clean, and provide updates so owners feel at ease. My goal is always to create a safe, loving environment where pets feel secure and cared for like they’re my own.

About: I've owned pets my entire life. I have personal experience caring for a range of dogs from Mastiffs to chihuahuas. I also own 3 cats. I currently have a flex work schedule the allows me to leave work during the day or early if I need to check on animals! I live in a gated community, with a gated dog park across the street. My balcony is blocked off to prevent cats from jumping off.

About: I’ve had the privilege of making animal care my life for the past 30+ years. I’ve worked at 2 zoos, a wildlife preserve and now I pet sit full time. I love meeting new pets and their parents. My main priority is ensuring your animal is comfortable and safe while you’re away. I strive to give peace of mind to any worried pet parents. 😊 My favorite activities with your Furkid include enrichment with toys, fetching, dispensing treats and rubbing backs and bellies. I can medicate, give insulin and prepare special diets. I’m also trained in animal first aid and I excel at following directions. Animal care is all I do. I can do daily walks/visits up to 3 times a day. I’m also available for house sitting and overnights. I have a number of clients in the Baton Rouge area with different pet care needs and I make my own schedule. I stick to their usual daily routine or follow whatever instructions are left. I like to keep a consistent visit/feeding/potty time. I have a lot of patience and will encourage your pet to socialize with me. I wake up around 6:30-8:00 AM most days and get right to work caring for the pets. Everyone is let out in backyard, or leashed up for a walk around the block. Pets are diligently cared for. Usually this consists of at least 3 walks per day, a visit to the park, and plenty of backyard time. I spend all day with the animals, leaving only for a personal errand or visit to the store. Each animal is analyzed carefully & fit into proper schedules according to their personality, levels of energy, and socialization. I provide a secure, fenced-in yard and individual kennels for each pet’s comfort and safety. Dogs start their day around 6:30–8:00 AM with a 10 to 30-minute walk, followed by supervised backyard playtime and snacks. Kennels are used only for rest and feeding—pets spend the majority of their day active, social, and engaged. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that includes frequent park trips, light obedience training, short backyard outings or bathing. My goal is to ensure every animal feels safe, loved, and enriched in a clean, well-maintained environment.
